Great place all around. We really enjoyed the views in both directions. The condo was well appointed and as nice as the photos show. The bathrooms were a little dated but everything functioned well and we had no issues at all. The management company did a great job providing all information and we never needed to contact them for anything. It was a very short walk to the Gondola and many restaurants. We were going to book for next year at the same place, same time but the price has doubled for 2026 so we'll be looking elsewhere.

This was a great property to stay in. We loved the location and easy access to skiing and Gondola. We loved all the big windows and lovely views. We had plenty of space for our family and it was great having 3 bathrooms. Very comfortable and pretty place! The only negative I have is the lighting in the bathrooms was terrible. I felt like I was getting ready by night light. They had itty bitty light bulbs that gave off little light. Would be great to have 60-100 watt bulbs so you could see while getting ready to go out at night. An easy fix and a minor complaint. Overall we loved it there

This place is incredible. Owners of this property have taken meticulous care to make sure everything is accounted for. It is incredibly modern and beautifully furnished. Awesome location to the gondola just steps away, as well as an easy quick drive to anywhere in town you need to be. Highly highly recommend.

Wonderful condo with lots of room. Great Views of mountain and gondolas. Creek down below on property is nice and the location is just perfect. There was quite a bit of construction going on, but we stayed during mud season, so that’s to be expected and the only reason for not giving 5 stars. Updates to exterior look very nice and were needed. I would 100% stay in this location again!!

Deluxe 3bdrm/3bathroom - perfect for our family of 4, but would easily accommodate more. Would be a great place for 3 couples. Steps away from the gondola/village. Well stocked kitchen. Nicely decorated and lots of puzzles, games, books, magazines. Quiet. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Condo with so many personal touches and well-stocked kitchen! Location is great - a short walk to the main gondola. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths - perfect for our family of 4 (2 adult children) or 3 couples. Quiet. Clean. Nicely decorated. Lots of books, games, puzzles too. Would stay here again. Thank you!

The condo was perfect. It was 3 family couples, and there was plenty of room for all to enjoy. And, the 180 degree views of the area with all of the windows was just beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the beds were as comfortable as home. Plus it didn't hurt that we had 14 inches of champagne powder one day for the best day of skiing I ever had, and I've been skiing since 1977. I highly recommend Dulany At Gondola 504.

This is a beautiful, wonderfully appointed condo that is extremely close to the gondola. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is modern and well equipped. there are two grills down by the hot tubs. The hot tubs are set at 2 different temps, making them pleasing to just about everyone. The living area is very comfortable, set up for TV viewing or game playing. We have enjoyed our stay in this unit the last 2 years and expect to rent it in the future. I guess my only suggestion for improvement would be for a little more fresh snow.

Beautiful spacious condo. The condo has plenty of room for us and the deck was great to hang out and chat. Nicely located to resturants or take the bus to Main Street area. Retreatia was great to work with super nice and helpful with our questions.

This beautiful 3 bedroom/3 bath Dulany condo is located steps away from the Steamboat ski area. This top floor remodeled condo features views of the Yampa Valley; the Steamboat Ski Area! The open floor plan allows for your family to enjoy time together sharing a meal or stories of your adventurous day! Each room of this condo is decorated with a mountain modern touch. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The dining area has seating for 8 at the table with 2 additional seats at the breakfast bar. The living room provides plenty of space for your family and friends to relax together. There is a large HDTV above the gas fireplace. The condo does feature a TV in each bedroom. There is free WIFI to keep everyone connected and a newly installed A/C system throughout which will keep everyone cool in the warmer summer months.
