In the kitchen, there are slate floors, solid granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances and luxurious wood cabinetry. Off the kitchen, you will find a half bathroom.
Spend a quiet evening in front of the fire playing board games or watching a movie on the flat-screen TV. Take advantage of the warm summer evenings by grilling out on the back patio. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room with washer and dryer. The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, king size bed, views of the valley and bathroom with marble counter-tops. The second bedroom has views of the slopes and a queen size bed. The third bedroom has double sized bunk beds and lots of children`s toys/books.
To get to the slopes you can pull the car out of the heated garage and drop the skiers off in just 2 minutes. The city bus picks you up at the entrance to the town-homes which is a 2-minute walk. Or you can walk to the base of the mountain in about 10 minutes. The seasonally heated swimming pool is very well maintained, quiet and open from the end of May to the end of October. The two hot tubs are open year-round from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Commercial vehicles are not allowed to be parked at this complex. If you are visiting Steamboat for a tournament or a ski race, please select another property from our inventory or contact us for assistance. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE UNIT.
