Retreatia is the easiest and most reliable company I have booked with! Amazing house and amazing staff. The check-in was seamless, and the check-out was too! The view from the house was amazing, and the house was very clean and perfect for myself, and my large group.

I could have easily given this a 5 out of 5 in the rating, but we had some issues with communication and supplies in the lodge that kept me from giving it a 5/5. The location and space itself were incredible. We were within walking distance, and that was amazing on it's own. With 11 people, 5 of them being couples, we were each able to stay in our own room which was nice for privacy. The living space wasn't huge, but was good for our group. We had 4 cars in total and were told several different places we could and could not park, just for all of that to be incorrect based on what was given to us in the info sheet we were given when we checked in. We were told we only had spots for 3 cars and should park at the Ice Arena before arrival, and then when I asked about this at check-in they said we could maybe fit 3 cars at the property, or we'd have to do paid parking at one of the sheratons nearby. Then when reading the info-packet it said we could park any additional cars into the "Overflow parking" - which is what I assume the parking passes were for. So lots of miscommunication/misinformation around parking. This wasn't a huge problem at the end of the day, but definitely wasn't a "nice" thing to try and figure out when we're just arriving for vacation. Then we had issues with the garbage. We had 11 people, and were staying there for 7 days. In that time we can create a lot of garbage. We ran out of garbage bags on the very last day, but also were told in the info to "Put out the trash no later than 8am on Friday morning" - we did this, but had to bring the garbage back in at around 4pm as it had still not been picked up. We took it back in because we had seen racoons in the area and didn't want a bigger mess due to wildlife. When I tried contacting retreatia about this, it took almost 3 hours to get a response and the response was just to leave it out, which we opted not to do past 4pm. All-in-all though it was still a good experience as they said the housekeepers would just handle it when they arrived. I feel bad having left all of that for them, but again was unsure what else we could have done. We were also limited on supplies that were at the lodge and would have expected to see more things given there were 11 of us and we were staying there for a week.

Great Location and views. Very easy walk to the Gondola and transport come right to the garage.

Loved the place. Great location, roomy and comfy.

Very clean. Eight adults / six children involved. Six bedrooms a plus because of teen-aged granddaughter. Bunks beds great. No problems with our stay. Second year in a row we have stayed at this Townhome. Met all our needs. Retreatia very professional to deal with. Would recommend them and the townhome to anyone.
