If it's a powder day, ski out, take a few warm up turns, and be the first in line for fresh tracks as soon as the gondola opens. The views from the two private balconies at this home are some of the best in the valley with the Flattops to the south and and the Ski Area to the north. Both spaces provide perfect place to relax any time of the day.
As you walk up the stairs to the main you will be wowed by the vaulted ceilings. the large picture windows and sliding glass door let in loads of natural light. Relax on the large, leather sectional sofa by the gas fireplace while drinking your favorite beverage or enjoying your favorite movie on the big flat screen TV. The open floor plan provides the perfect setting for the whole group to gather for the meals or some game time after a long day outdoors.
The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the accessories you need to create the perfect meal for the whole family. There is a gas grill on the private balcony located closest to the kitchen. The dining area with new table and chairs is spacious and open and has seating for 8. There are four extra seats at the bar for the kids to have their own space and share their favorite moments of the day.
Both of the large bedrooms with king beds are located on the first level. The guest bedroom has a small, flat-screen TV, a ceiling fan, and a beautiful mountain view. The full guest bathroom is just across the hall. The master bedroom has a king bed, a small flat-screen TV, views out both of the large picture windows, and an en suite bathroom with a corner tub, walk-in shower, and private water closet. The bunk room is located on the main floor, just off the living area. It has a twin over full bunk bed and a queen bed. The view is also beautiful.
This is a great unit for families or groups of friends. Extra amenities include a full-sized washer and dryer and a private garage with 1 parking space.
