The main floor has a large living area with warm hardwood floors, a full kitchen and dining area with dramatic vaulted ceilings, a large TV and sound system, and a gas fireplace surrounded by river rock. Just off the kitchen is a fully remodeled bathroom as well as a balcony with a beautiful western view.
The first floor hosts an extremely large bedroom, meant to be an efficient apartment, with a queen bed and full over full bunk beds, its full private bathroom, and kitchenette, and an additional twin trundle bed. The second floor has an extra large master bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, vaulted ceilings, and TV. The second bedroom has a twin over-queen bunk bed with a private bathroom. There is also a twin bed in the loft area that overlooks the living room.
The condo has A/C on both floors for those warmer than average summer days. You'll also enjoy access to a private, one-car heated garage and additional covered parking at the complex.
The Phoenix is situated on Apres Ski Way just opposite the gondola, and mere steps away from Wild Plum Market, the Beer Garden, Burger Bistro, and several other shops and restaurants. Amenities at The Phoenix include a heated pool, sauna, hot tubs, outdoor grills/dining areas, and a fitness center.
