Great little one bedroom served my son and I well for our snowboarding trip to Steamboat. I thought it was going to be a touch closer to the base of Steamboat, but shuttle services worked well. We did want a bit better amenities while there (the hot tubs were typically packed, which was a bit off-putting), but overall the unit was a good value so we rolled with it.

We enjoyed our stay at the Rockies. The sofa bed was comfortable! It is a 5 minute walk to the gondola, but we took the public bus half the time because of our skis.

This condo is as described and nicely appointed. Everything was clean. The only real issue was that the sheets felt (and sounded like) like paper - an upgrade is definitely in order to match everything else. Aside from bedding, everything was comfortable and we liked the balcony! Perfect for two people, would be tight with any more.

Pros... Easy 10 min walk to the gondola, great TV, comfortable bed Cons... Minimal storage space in bedroom (closet was filled with random stuff), kitchen is quite tight, furnishings are a bit tired. Great spot for 2 people. Any more would be uncomfortable.

It was an amazing location and exactly what we needed to relax

This condo was great! Excellent condition, extremely clean and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in, especially in a rental property. The owners thought of everything, including phone chargers in the bedroom. I would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

We spent 3 nights in this unit while we were in Steamboat for a ski trip and it was PERFECT! Reservations and check in were a breeze. The unit is clean, updated, and has all that you could need and more for sleeping, cooking, and hanging out...down to iPhone and Apple Watch chargers set up next to the bed! We went skiing each day and would just walk outside to grab the free shuttle to the base of the mountain and then hop on it at the end of the day to come back. It was always on time and quick. This unit is also only 5 minute walk to the bus stop that services the downtown Steamboat Springs area, which we used a few times to go out to dinner and drinks. Great place for 4 people looking to be close to everything!

This unit was perfect for our trip. It was very nice and clean... the owners paid great attention to detail and made sure their guests had everything they needed for a nice weekend. The beds were very comfortable. The fireplace was bonus!; It kept the unit very warm and cozy. I would stay here again!

This newly remodeled one-bedroom, one-bath condo is the perfect mountain retreat for couples or a family with small children. Open living space combined with a large, comfortable sofa, gas fireplace, big screen TV, bar seating for three, and a kitchen that has everything you need to enjoy a quiet morning or gourmet evening meal will ensure you never want to leave. In summer, take your meal out onto the balcony and enjoy the cool, mountain air, as you watch the sunset behind Emerald Mountain.

The bedroom has a new king bed, flat screen TV, and room to relax. The bathroom is just outside in the hall with all new fixtures. For extra sleeping, the sofa pulls out into a queen-sized mattress. The unit can accommodate up to 4 guests between the sleeper sofa couch and the king-sized master bed.

The complex is just 400 yards from the Ski Base Area/Gondola Square (a 5-minute walk) and features a large heated pool, 2 hot tubs, a gas BBQ grilling area, a very large parking lot, and a yard. During the summer, there is a sand volleyball court in the back.

The unit comes with a ski locker just outside the front door.
