Situated just off Right-O-Way, it is a ski-in/walk-out unit (20 yards walk). You ski into the back door of the building, where the ski lockers are. Ski in for a quick lunch and then hit the slopes again the powder probably has piled another 4 inches during that time so you can ski in fresh powder all over again. Afterward, your muscles will thank you for a dip in the hot tub to let them unwind after a great day at Steamboat!

Being on the top floor, the condo commands expansive views of the ski area and the valley below. The unit boasts 1,300 square feet on 2 levels. As you enter the unit you will be greeted by a visual treat; stunning stained glass windows cast a warm glow over the home, complimenting the classic Steamboat decor. The Granite kitchen countertops will cater to the whims and wants of even a personal chef, with all the space. Right in front of it, sits the living room and dining area with large flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and dramatic vaulted ceilings. Plush carpets relax tired feet as you gather around the large counter opening to a cozy gathering area in front of the fireplace which provides ample seating options close enough to converse or watch the big game on the huge flat screen.

The fun spiral staircase will take you upstairs the master bedroom has a King and en-suite bathroom with granite countertops. The Second bedroom has a King bed and the second half of the room has a queen bed with a shared bathroom.

If you feel like grilling some steaks you can do this on the outside grills, while your friends and family are helping you out or just playing on the huge yard of green green grass in the summer. If you feel like eating out grab your jacket for a short 4-minute walk to Ski Time Square and Gondola Square the heart of the Steamboat Ski Area, where numerous restaurants are located.
