In winter, this condo is ski in/ski out via a 150 yard access trail that goes around the Club buildings and merges with Right- O - Way. In summer, just walk out your door, and get on one of the many hiking and biking trails just down the slope, and enjoy the AC when you get back to the unit. In every season the Club amenities (heated outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness, tennis court) can't be beat.
This newly remodeled condo with mountain-modern design boasts a warm, open living space is ideal for spending time with family and friends. The leather sofa and arm chair face the large (75") flat screen TV and sliding glass door. There is also a wood burning fireplace so you can watch the game or throw some logs on the fire, grab a glass of wine and watch the snow fall. The fully stocked kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating for four. The private balcony that overlooks the lower mountain and south valley is one of the best spots to sit and soak in the fresh mountain air any time of the year.
The large master bedroom has king bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin XL beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. The second bathroom is in the hallway and is shared by the living area as well.
