Another fantastic year in steamboat Was amazing 6 days at timber run. Rooms were comfy and clean. Easy in and out to bus. We had a great time sad to leave will be back next year for our 7th year in a row. Can not wait. We love steamboat

Fantastic Kitchen, and the private Jacuzzi is an awesome touch that you won't find most places! The sleeping arrangements aren't forced, and everyone was comfortable. There is also plenty of parking, and the hot tub / pool is just down the stairs. The ski locker was small, so if you have a big group you'll probably have to keep some skis in cars.

Everything was wonderful. Had everything we needed and more. Fans kept it nice and cool, super close to the pool, and grocery stores. We were able to settle in and just take it all in. Tank you for advertising a heated pool and it actually was! Only thing, top bunk needs a rail.

I would give this place 4.5 stars. Everything was clean which made for a relaxing time. The reason for subtracting .5 is because it really wasn't kid/ toddler friendly, not even the pool. The pool starts at 4ft right away and goes to 9ft. Plus, the unit did not come with enough towels for the number of people it accommodates. We had to use Bath towels for the pool which decreased our clean towels and there was no washer dryer in the unit. We had a great time and would rent again if available.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The apartment is small but perfect for a ski vacation. The rooms are good. The kitchen was well equipped. The kids loved the hot tub , pool and the board games. Location is perfect you need a shuttle to go to the mountain but it is a 2 min ride.

I enjoyed it. The one problem is the unit did not come with a washer and dryer. There was one coin operated washing machine and dryer for the entire building when I thought the unit came with both.

What a lovely condo! It was larger than we expected and the place was very clean. We loved the decor - beautiful, high-end furnishings and super comfortable beds. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we could need. We loved sitting out on the balcony looking out at the mountain or playing board games (there are tons here!) in the large living room in front of the fire. Lots of light in this place, with big windows, skylights and cathedral ceilings. We will definitely come back here!

It was a very nice condo, it had all the amenities we were looking for. It was very clean and large enough for the 8 adults and 3 kids that stayed there. The kids loved the pool and the grills were great as well. Its a quick 5 minute trip to town which was really nice. We stayed here for the hot air balloon festival and our condo was in walking distance (roughly 2 mile walk) to the launch site so that was really nice also. I think our only complaint was the outlets are pretty old and they are loose so your phone charger falls out of the outlet and a few of the outlets didn't work. Other than that we had a great time!

Our family of 7 stayed in this unit the 3rd weekend in September 2018. The kitchen was well-stocked and organized with all the utensils, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery you would need. The common living room space was a bit small, but we managed to set up a 500 piece puzzle on the coffee table that we could work at. We all fit around the dining room table to enjoy meals and games together. We all slept very well in the 4 bedrooms, furnished with comfortable, well-made beds. Each accessory was of the decor was unique and interesting. One end table was a diorama of a stream bed--truly a piece of art! Outside we especially appreciated that there was a tennis court, a heated pool, and various hot tubs. We spent lots of our weekend playing in those facilities and were grateful they were all open that time of year. All were very well-maintained. Several times our family members said that we would certainly like to return to this unit. Thank you to the Owners for many comforts and Property Managers for so well maintaining this Unit that our family thoroughly enjoyed.

This is one of the most updated units in the complex. This 3 bedroom plus loft is located on the top floor with two levels and is just three blocks from Gondola Square. With mountain views and an abundance of natural light, this spacious unit is ideal for large groups, extended families, and friends – a place to share and still have privacy (private bedrooms/ baths upstairs and down). The first floor has an open kitchen with granite countertops and updated, high-end appliances, featuring a brand-new stove and refrigerator. An open dining and living area with dramatic vaulted ceilings adds to the spacious feel. The living area has a gas fireplace and cozy, high-end furnishings. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private patio off the living room. The unit is well located near the heated pool, but far enough away to not hear the noise on crowded pool days! The condo has 3 flat-screen TVs, 2 DVD players, and free Wi-Fi for your enjoyment. It is stocked with books, games, and coloring books for rainy days. You will especially enjoy the private “spa” off the master bedroom equipped with an extra-large Jacuzzi tub – perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes!

The lower level has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - the master with a king bed and private bathroom and the second bedroom with a queen bed with a bathroom across the hall. Upstairs features 2 more rooms - another master with a king bed, vaulted ceilings, and en suite bathroom. The loft room has a set of bunk beds - twin over full. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

Guests at Timber Run enjoy some of the best amenities in Steamboat, such as an outdoor heated pool (including heated concrete around the pool!), 3 outdoor hot tubs, a BBQ area, tennis courts, laundry facilities, and the free city bus route to downtown.
