Timber Run 408 is a spacious three-bedroom condo plus a loft that can easily accommodate a large family or several friends. This home features a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats 3 and a dining area with a large table that seats 8. The living area boasts hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings. It has a cozy sofa and two plush chairs, a gas fireplace, a large, flat-screen TV, and a quiet private balcony that overlooks the pool and tennis courts. This unit has an exceptional amount of windows and lots of natural light.
The comfortable main bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom on the main floor has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV, and a bathroom just across the hall. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed, vaulted ceilings, flat-screen TV. The loft includes a door and indoor window that brings in loads of natural light, and the smaller guests will enjoy the new log bunk-bed twin set. There is also an additional full bathroom for the bedroom and loft to share.
Timber Run amenities include an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, a barbecue area with picnic tables, tennis courts, shared (coin-operated) laundry facilities, private ski storage for each condo, and complimentary shuttle services during the winter to take guests to the ski area, shopping, dining, and other area activities. This condo has parking available for up to two vehicles.
