Layout of the condo was good. Location to ski in and ski out was great. Master bath has been updated, very nice, although had to run a space heater in there the whole time. Carpet needs replacing and kitchen table/chairs needs to be replaced as well. Mattresses on beds were so so although the 2 twin beds did not have mattress protectors under the sheets. The humidifiers did not work and when I complained to Retreatia about it, the girl on the phone said she would tell housekeeping about it the next day but I never heard from anyone. The night before we were to leave, a repairman came to fix the clogged drain in small bathroom tub and took 2 non-working humidifiers with him and brought back 2 brand new ones in about an hour. Thank you to the man who called me back at Retreatia that actually got the needed repairs taken care of. Repairman also took photos of the dining chairs that were falling apart. We had to place bath towels on them to sit without snagging our clothes. I have photos as well, wish I could add them to this.
Also, the lighting in the bedrooms especially master, is terrible!
Shuttle to downtown was top notch! Very quick and courteous drivers! Windows in the whole unit looked like replacement windows that did not fit well and leaked cold air, and the unit had not been cleaned well. A waste to bring bathing suit to go in the hot tubs from this condo too, don’t bother, long walk away. I should have chosen the Creekside location of Torian Plum.

The location is as amazing. However, the cleanliness of the unit could’ve been better. The chandelier and light fixtures in the common space were dusty and full of bugs, the ventilation in the bathrooms were super dusty. The knives were so cheap - we could’ve cut ourselves. We both work for hotels and really felt like there was a lack of attention to cleanliness and amenities. But I guess you can get away with that being such an amazing location. We would definitely stay here but a different location.

This condo was in the perfect location. Close to the slopes, close to dining/shopping options, and a shuttle to take you to town if needed. We were very pleased with the size of the condo and how well the kitchen was stocked.
