Summer in Steamboat Waterford was the perfect place for our family to meet up with another family to enjoy some of Steamboat's fun summer activities like hiking, the hot springs, and tubing the Yampa. The place was very clean and had everything we needed: extra towels, bedding, and kitchen gadgets. The complex was convenient to town and had a pool the kids loved, in addition to the hot tub in the unit. This is the second time we've stayed in a Retreatia property, and we have had great experiences both times.

Steamboat is the best!!! For so many years we go skiing in Vail, but since we discovered and experienced Steamboat it became our place. The slopes were first class. The choice of properties and the value is magnificent. The scenery is breathtaking.Our friends also like all about it. So very often we pay visits and always enjoy ourselves. This rental was great and the locatio too , very convenient.!10 out of 10.

The ultimate break It was a breath of fresh air spending some time in this wonderful place. The skiing was amazing and the food - awesome. We went back home relaxed and fully charged with positive energy. What a great experience we had. Will be back soon. Date of arrival March 3, 2017

the vacation we loved The children had a fantastic time for first time.No complaints, no crying, no fights.They just felt relaxed and the space was enough for them. Lovely surprise My husband decided to surprise us by booking vacation in Steamboat. What a lovely place! The rental was very nice and cozy. I was very pleased to find the hairdryers in every bathroom. All we needed was available. We will book it again. Date of arrival February 17, 2017

The boot dryer was a big plus This rental had all the extras and the comfort was excellent. I loved the fact that we had a washer and a dryer so when the kids gear was wet I had it dry and ready for the next day. We never had a boot dryer in the rentals we have used before, so this was a treat. Fab experience! Date of arrival February 10, 2017

Weekend in Steamboat The rental was ideal for our needs. The interior was lovely and the decor very traditional. We were so relaxed and the hot tub was the best area for chats and chill out. Fab experience Everyone fell in love with this fab town. Our accommodation was amazing and very comfortable. The children loved the space .We cooked a light breakfast but mainly in the evenings.The kitchen was easy to work around and the oen plan was great to communicate with the others. A week of fun and relaxation This time we had perfect stay.No hassle or problems. The management agency was also very helpful and forthcoming. The bedrooms were clean.The bathrooms had great supply with towels and the toiltries were really nice. Having the morning coffee on the balcony was a treat! Return is a must! A long weekend We packed the bags and off we went to one of our favourite places - Steamboat. The Waterford was excellent. Our friends came along we spent fantastic time together. The kids too had tons of fun.The skiing was first class. Great location and downtown was only a short ride away.The restaurants were brilliant. Cleaning standards [48]Relax in this 3-bedroom 4.5-bathroom townhome only .4 miles from the slopes! The Waterford 14 property has multiple amazing amenities, convenience to the mountain, and privacy for you to enjoy.
Once you park in the garage with space for 2, you will enter the ground level which has the private hot tub along with a ½ bathroom. Imagine coming in from a long run down by the river or a few runs down the slopes and just being able to hop into a hot tub with a water feature and colorful, cycling lights without anyone else but you and your guests, enjoying the sound system and the flat screen TV in the hot tub room! There is plenty of room to store your skis, snowboards and boots, or any other sporting gear for that matter in the garage as well.
Up the stairs, you will find the main floor with an open layout that includes the fully stocked kitchen looking over to the dining and living area. There is plenty of seating for everyone to be comfortable on the plush leather sleeper sofa couches and a fireplace to warm you up with a ceiling fan to cool you down as well. The full bathroom on this floor is great, as this is the floor where most of the entertaining will happen especially with the flat screen TV and private deck! The private deck off this level is great for coffee in the morning, lunch with everyone, or a cocktail or dinner at night. Feel free to use the gas grill for your evening BBQ. There is also a heater that provides additional light over the table on the deck that enhances the functionality of that space for most of the year.
Follow the stairs to the top floor, where you will first find the full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry room. There are three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms in each, perfect for couples, friends, and family. Each room has windows and fans for fresh air and sunshine as well as a flat-screen TV. The Master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed, a full bed and a trundle. The third bedroom has a queen. Additionally, there is one queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
There is an 8-pair boot dryer located in the garage to assure that your boots are dry and ready to hit the slopes the next morning!

All the amenities Great spot for 12 of us. We go to Steamboat every year for a ski trip. This spot was perfect. The on-call shuttle service is incredible. We walked to the gondola once or twice. It's not too far although I can say the shuttle service was at our condo within 2 minutes of calling them. Great place to stay and plenty big enough.
