Came to town for the Run Rabbit Run 100 and this place was a perfect spot to stay for all things related to the event. Walking distance to the S/F, food, shopping, easy drive to Olympian, and within a short drive get supplies/groceries.
The condo had everything we needed and was comfortable. Being greeted by a fox, on our initial drive in, was an added bonus.

Very clean and remodeled place. The bed was comfortable and it’s just what we needed for a weekend away. A quick drive to downtown but still had the mountain feel. Construction next door was not too disruptive but they didn’t work Saturday or Sunday so not sure how it would be during the week. Would definitely rebook.

Beautiful property and location. We were there during a heat wave and the unit stay cool the whole time. The manager answered all my questions and check in and check out was easy. I will definitely be back.

We loved this place! So clean, amazing view, comfy bed, stocked kitchen utensils and cooking pans. What a view! And just a 2min walk to the gondola village. Amazing view from the pool and 2 hot tubs. We will definitely return!

The location was so convenient to downtown and tons of restaurants and shopping. The unit was beautiful and decorated perfectly. We spent a ton of time exploring the area but when we were in the unit we had everything we needed. The bed slept amazing!

This is a nice unit. It's not as fancy as some we have stayed in, but it's been nicely updated. It comes equipped with everything you need. The bed and bedding is exceptional. We had some minor issues with some outlets not working and a few burnt out light bulbs. One quick call to Retretia, and the issues were all fixed quickly. It was great to be able to walk to Gondola Square and not have to wait on a shuttle. I would recommend this unit to anyone. Very enjoyable stay!

Fireplace is the best place to sit in front of after a long day of skiing. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you may possibly need for cooking. Retreatia was prompt to respond with questions. My only one suggestion would be to be able to check out from the condo instead of having to pick up and drop off keys at their office which is about 5 min drive.

The West 3205 was a perfect place for my fiance and I to stay at while on an extended weekend ski trip. The apartment was less than a 5 minute walk to the gondola and village center, so close that it was easy enough to walk in ski boots. The king bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. It was so nice that it was hard to get out of bed in the morning because we slept so well. The complex has two hot tubs and a heated pool but if you're too tired from a full day of skiing there is a two person Jacuzzi in the apartment. The full kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. And the laundry room down the hall was also a huge plus!

This unit is nicely decorated with plenty of room for 2, very comfortable king bed, and the kitchen has all you need to cook if you want to. We made breakfasts and a dinner just to save some money while we were there. The outdoor hot tubs are just across the parking lot with plenty of room and much needed after a day of skiing. The unit an easy walking distance to the gondola to the top of the mountain. There are plenty of restaurants in the ski village to choose from we parked our car and never moved it for all 3 days of our visit. With our IKON pass lodging discount it made it a very affordable place to stay right on the mountain. High recommend!

Nice room great location. Came early and room was ready by 4 as stated. Had one incident of upstairs person urinate on our patio but management promptly investigated and cleaned it up

We would absolutely stay in this condo every visit to Steamboat. It was comfortable, clean, quiet, warm, and had everything we needed. The UGG pillows and blankets were a lovely addition.
The only thing that was concerning was the parking lot, at night. It turned into a sheet of black ice and was unsafe for walking and driving.

The location of this condo can't be beat. Directly across the street from the base area and gondola and perched atop a hillside, this one bedroom condo provides spectacular views of Emerald Mountain and the Yampa Valley. With only a 220 yard walk to the slopes, mountain area restaurants, shops, and free city bus, you'll never be at a loss for things to do.

This condo is the perfect mountain retreat for a couple or small family. Rustic mountain charm combined with modern upgrades, including a newly tiled hearth, updated kitchen cabinets, slate tile counters, new appliances, and fully remodeled European-style bathroom put you at ease from the moment you walk through the door. The open living space and large sliding glass doors that lead to your private patio and bathe the condo in natural light make the space feel larger than it is.

The living room has a large sofa and matching armchair where you can kick back and watch the game on the 55" flat screen TV or enjoy the warm glow of the gas fireplace as you watch the sun set or the snow fall. The grey tiled gas fireplace is a focal point of the room while the wooden dining table can seat four, with another three at the breakfast bar. The bedroom has a king bed, large dresser and flat screen TV. The pull out sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space for 2 people. The newly remodeled bathroom has a wide counter/sink and a European shower.

In winter there is a heated pool and two hot tubs. During summer, enjoy scenic views from the pool and outdoor grill area. Steps from the condo is the base of the Steamboat Ski Area, where you can cool your feet in the mountain stream that flows through the base area development.

One of the best locations in Steamboat with a heated seasonal outdoor pool and 2 hot tubs. Close to everything.
