This townhome was very clean and cozy. The fireplace, comfy furniture/beds, and fully stocked kitchen made our stay very enjoyable. The garage was big enough to fit both our truck and SUV and there were racks available to hang our skis/snowboard. The TV/WiFi were very easy to use and we really appreciated all the kitchen gadgets/tableware because we were able to make most of our meals at the house without any problems. We were a little apprehensive about the hot tub since it was for the community but it was a 30-40ft walk from the house so it was very accessible and easy to use. The resort was only a 5 min drive and downtown Steamboat Springs was about 10min... both very easy to get to. If you want to eat at the quality restaurants in Steamboat, definitely call and make a reservation at least two weeks in advance. We werent able to get a reservation 4 days in advance but still ended up having really great sushi at 720 Fusion. The owner/management company sent us really detailed emails about the townhome and surrounding areas which were both very helpful. We had a great time here and will definitely be returning in the future!

Great place and great stay! Accommodations are updated and everything is as advertised. Unit was clean, well-stocked, and included all expected conveniences.

Fantastic place Very cozy and clean. We had a party of 9 and didn't feel crowded. I'm not sure where the city bus stop is but we had a couple of people who did not ski so they dropped us off at the mountain which was less than 5 min away. Very well located. Hot tub is located directly next to the townhouse. We had a nice time here.

This spacious townhome is quietly tucked away in an intimate neighborhood just off of Walton Creek Road and steps away from the city bus. Walk in through the tandem two car heated garage into the main level of this updated townhome. The main level consists of the main living area, arm chair, flat screen tv and gas fireplace. Right off the main living area is the full-size kitchen with bar area seating and dining table. This kitchen also contains a stainless steel fridge and gas stove perfect for cooking. Through the sliding doors from the main living area is the patio complete with gas grill and wrought iron table and chairs great for enjoying the fantastic weather Steamboat offers.
Walk upstairs and you will find all three bedrooms. The master bedroom suite comes complete with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a single vanity and combination tub and shower. This bedroom also offers a mounted flat screen tv and oversize windows. Also upstairs is the second and third bedrooms. The second bedroom contains twin over twin bunk beds and a day bed. In the middle of the hallway, there is a full bathroom with single vanity and combination of shower and tub. Washer and dryer access is in the upstairs hallway as well. Lastly, guests can enjoy the peacefulness of a steamboat in the queen bedroom with its large windows. All of the bedrooms in this townhouse have ceiling fans for added comfort. This townhouse is located feet from the communal hot tub for this cozy neighborhood. There are a total of 2 parking spots available for guests, one in the garage and one in the driveway in front of the garage. NO TRAILER PARKING!

House was great! Amenities were accurate. Perfect house for a weekend of skiing. The bus stop is easily accessible giving no reason for a car. The property is close to downtown as well for those wanting a rowdy evening.
