The property was very nice. The unit is immediately next to the upper parking lot which was great Very nice. Master bath is a bit dated but 3 bathrooms is great. Kitchen well stocked and great view of the Friday fireworks from the deck

As soon as you walk through the sliding glass doors onto your private balcony to see the view of Emerald Mountain, Sleeping Giant and Mt. Werner, you'll understand what "The Curse of The Yampa Valley" is all about - you will never want to leave. Of course, the spacious, open floor plan with cozy furniture and fixtures will also make you rethink the need to ever go home.
This top floor corner unit at Yampa View gives you privacy plus great views. Open the door and enter the large living area with refinished hardwood floors and a dramatic vaulted ceiling adding to the spacious feel. The dining area and fully equipped kitchen are right next to it. There are new light fixtures and plenty of space for everyone to hang out around the gas fireplace without feeling crowded. Off the dining area is the large balcony with amazing views, surrounded by aspens for privacy and a true mountain feel.
The master bedroom is downstairs and has an en-suite remodeled full bathroom, high vaulted ceiling, and new King bed. On this level, you will also find a second bedroom with two Twin over Twin bunk beds and high vaulted ceiling for extra spacious feel. Outside of the second bedroom is a remodeled full bathroom. Head up the spiral staircase to the loft upstairs and you will be amazed at how big it is. There is a Queen bed plus another remodeled bathroom with jetted tub and plenty of space left for another living area. There is an additional bedding located in the upstairs landing, Single sleeper Sofa with a Single trundle bed. Every bedroom has a TV.
No need to bring the skis in as you have your own ski locker right outside the front door. The complex, situated just half mile from the slopes, 2 outdoor hot tubs and laundry facilities. Unbeatable value for the location and space you are getting here!

Steamboat 2018 It was a great stay. The staff at Retreatia - Victoria did a great job accommodating. They even worked with a friend from abroad to deliver and set up a gift. I really appreciate all they did to make the weekend truly spectacular. The view from the balcony is great. we were able to see the fireworks from the resort very clearly. The shuttle was very helpful. It picks you up at your door and drops you off wherever you want. Thank you!
