We stayed here over the holidays for 4 nights with our family of 4, kids ages 8 and 11. It was perfect for what we needed, living area is comfortable and the location is very much in walking distance to the base. The shuttle service is very convenient, and rarely did we have to wait as it seemed they had 2 or 3 running. Did not use the amenities of Trappeurs during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Planned visit to son living in Steamboat. Found out friends from Greg's younger years also have daughter living in Steamboat for short time. Katie suggested we all visit at the same time to reunite everyone. Having the VRBO gave us more time to catch up, plan our outings and just relaxing without having to sit in a hotel room. Very comfortable, roomy and easy going. We had such an enjoyable time. The condo was move in ready, necessities supplied. Definitely will consider doing this again.

We love staying at Trappers and jumped on the chance when we saw one on Airbnb. It is a clean, nice unit. It is basic and has what we needed for a few nights, but was priced accordingly. It is a pain to have to go to a different location to get the key, but luckily it’s very close to the unit anyway.

Had an early arrival and had to kill a few hours before we could get our keys. Check in is promptly at 4:00pm. Condo was super easy to find and the parking garage was super convenient. Temperature control was probably the only issue and the space stayed fairly warm even with the heat turned off. We found that if we cracked the balcony door a bit, we stayed comfortable. We did not use the pool (s), but they were both really close. We researched the bus lines and expected to use the “green” line and were pleasantly surprised to find out the property had their own private transportation that ran about every 10 mins during the day. We only used the green line once when we stayed a bit in the village for apre ski and Trapeur’s Crossing was only second or third stop. We would definitely come back and rent this unit again!!!

Great place to stay for hitting the slopes. The shuttle was very easy to use and could even take you to the hot springs. We had a great time and would recommend!

This place is very comfortable and spacious. It’s just a short drive from the main drag of Steamboat. The kitchen has all the basics, certainly everything we needed for a long weekend. We appreciated the carts in the garage for loading and unloading. The pool and hot tubs were especially nice after long hikes. We’ll definitely be back!

Really comfy condo that fit our needs. Pros: the space and amenities. Safety and cleanliness. Cons: was a little disoriented getting in late at night- very dark. Road next to the condo was a little loud.
