This was a great property. Very well appointed and situated perfectly. We had Snowboarders with us and the located was incredible. The rest of us enjoyed the proximity to restaurants, shopping, the Gondola and the overall scenic quality of the property. We had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be staying here again for next years Steamboat trip.

We loved everything about this condo. The view the amenities the location everything was perfect. We actually went to book it again for 2026 but the price doubled from 2025 so we had to look elsewhere.

In town for a long weekend with adult children. Great location, super comfortable beds and beautiful furniture. The kitchen was very well appointed with every supply needed and the large dining table provided a nice meal gathering spot!

The listing underestimated the stunning views and easy walking distance to Steamboat resort base. The unit was quiet with easy access to the local walking trail. Just be prepared for a shower door that leaks. Hopefully the owners will repair that soon.

My family had an amazing week in Steamboat celebrating my husband’s 40th. More than enough space for our family of 4 (2 young kiddos each got their own room so mom & dad got sleep too), beautiful views, enjoyed coffee & working a bit from the patio, 5 min walk up to Burgess Creek beach which kept my 3 yr old occupied for hours throwing rocks and playing with sand toys. Everything we needed & more stocked in the kitchen. Parents took turns in the hot tub during naps. Very close to town. Would love to return in Winter for skiing. Thank you to the Ohlhausens for sharing your beautiful mountain home with us!

We had such a wonderful stay! The location is great - just a show walk to the base of the mountain and multiple eating options. The brewery next door was also great! The home was very comfortable with plenty of seating and 2 balconies to choose from. The kitchen was very well appointed with everything we needed to cook in multiple times. There will be a couple of coffee packets and filters left by the property manager. We also found the salt/pepper, cooking spray, and spices left behind by the owners/previous guests to be very helpful. The bedrooms were a nice size and we loved that each bedroom essentially had its own bathroom. The hot tubs, grills and gas fire pit were great amenities to have as well!! We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone staying in Steamboat!

Loved our visit to Steamboat Springs and our stay here with friends who are leaving this month to Kansas. Great way to say goodbye in one of the best towns in Colorado. The condo was spacious and great hang out space in the living room. Would come back again!

We had a great stay at 504 Dulany. The condo is beautiful with great views and was well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and it made it easy to have meals together. Would recommend staying here!

We loved staying in Dulany 504! The condo unit had was super comfortable with everything we needed -- including a great view of the mountain from the 5th floor. A short walk from the Steamboat Gondola made this ideal for a small group with different start and stop times. We hope to return.

Little bit of a walk to slope, but not bad. Return to condo shorter, but involves a walk or somewhat precarious back ski trail. Condo was well laid out, nice large living room and kitchen. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

Overall we had a great trip. We loved the condo as a while, however the air conditioner did not work and the Retreatias company was slow to respond.

This was the perfect place for 5 adults. We loved the location. And as a bonus, it is right next to the creek. We could open the door to the balcony and hear the water. Everything was in close proximity. The condo was clean and had perfect space for all of us. We will stay here again when we come back and visit my family!

The Dulany is as close to the mountain as you can get. This top floor unit was super comfortable and had beautiful views from the main living area. There is an elevator which made things a lot easier. The unit is well equipped with comfortable furniture, modern appliances and a gas fireplace that warmed up the living room in a snap. They even provide towels at the hot tubs so you don't have to carry down bath towels.
However, be aware that although there is a tv in each bedroom they are not connected to cable - like the living room tv - and they can only be used to stream. Not a deal breaker but when you have kids it can be an issue. The listed did not specify this detail but it definitely should.
We would stay here again without any hesitation but it's typically booked solid all winter.

Great condo, great location. We enjoyed our stay and would go again. The only small thing I did not care for, is the beds are a bit soft for my taste, but otherwise we were very impressed.

We loved unit 504 Dulany. - A Luxury top floor penthouse, fully decked out, with great views and 2 outside decks and terrific location near main gondola. Had one issue, which management resolved promptly to our satisfaction. Communication was excellent. Would definitely stay again! Thanks!!

Wonderful Condo with so many personal touches and well-stocked kitchen! Location is great - a short walk to the main gondola. 3 bedrooms and 3 baths - perfect for our family of 4 (2 adult children) or 3 couples. Quiet. Clean. Nicely decorated. Lots of books, games, puzzles too. Would stay here again. Thank you!

you cannot beat the location! I would stay here again if I get the chance to. there are not any extra blankets or pillows so bring your own if you are cold and need firm pillows like me
