We had a great stay for our ski trip of 7 adults. Plenty of space. Very convenient and cozy hot tub right on the deck. 2 parking spots. The shuttle to the base area is right outside the condo, and the 1st stop is near a rental shop/brewery/market. 2nd stop is the base area. Both about a 3 min shuttle ride. You can also walk the half a mile, but it’s a bit harder in ski boots and 13 inches of fresh snow :). With shoes it was easy if you’re okay with a bit of a hill. Shuttle is so easy though and we took that every time. The couch/living room was big enough for all 7 of us to fit and watch Super Bowl. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and supplies. Starter kit for everything: coffee, dish soap, detergent, shower supplies, etc.. Great place for a ski trip, and I’m sure it’s gorgeous in the summer too. We would stay again! Steamboat is the best!!

The property was great! Plenty of space for everyone to separate if needed and good spaces to be together as well! The area was quiet with easy access to the Gondola (10 min walk or a 2 min bus ride). Free bus system was great and there is a stop just across the road.

The condo was perfect for what we needed it for. Hot tub to warm up after a chilly weekend over Memorial Day, it was a great place to unwind after a long day of Lacrosse. The house and pictures were as advertised. The management company was very responsive to our requests. We will try and stay here on our next visit to Steamboat.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The bedroom setup was perfect for three couples (top floor, main floor, and lower level) plus the bunk area. The spa was clean and worked well, and the living room was spacious and comfortable with a very large tv. Was within walking distance to the gondola or you can take the free shuttle. Note that there are two hidabed mattresses in the bunk area, but there is not really anywhere to put them. We did not need them for a group our size, but just noting for other guests. The one hideabed could be pulled out partially but will not leave anywhere to walk between the beds. The second one would need to be moved to a different area such as the living room. It would be helpful for the large chair in the bunk area to be removed so that guests have some room for luggage.

It sounds like the space worked out well for your group, especially with the spacious living area and the spa! It’s great that the location offered both walking and shuttle access to the gondola. As for the hideabeds and chair, that’s a good heads-up for future guests who might need more space for their luggage or extra sleepers. It’s always helpful to know those details in advance! Would you recommend this place for a group or families, or is it more suited for a specific type of trip?

We loved everything about our stay here. Check-in and picking up the key was very easy. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. WiFi/office area made it great to work from home. The private hot tub was perfect for relaxing and was already hot when we arrived. The hot springs shuttle picked us up from right outside the condo and the city bus stop was just across the street. There was a few stores within walking distance too (groceries, food, brewery, etc). This home had everything we were looking for in our stay at steamboat springs and we can’t wait to come back!

We had a nice stay. The townhouse was very clean and spacious. The private hot tub was definitely a nice touch. The cleaning fee seemed a bit steep, but I'm sure that some of that was due to the hot tub. Steamboat Springs is a beautiful town, and there's a lot to do there.

This fully equipped and comfortably furnished condo was perfect for our recent visit to Steamboat for our ski vacation. Lots of space to spread out. Steps away from the bus line, we could easily get to the gondola or town. Private hot tub was a great bonus. Booking and communication was seamless and responsive. Highly recommend.

Great to have a private hot tub and a short walk to the bus stop. The kitchen had a crockpot, which was great because I forgot mine and was able to cook for ten while still enjoying the slopes.

Looking for everyone to have their own room. Property had plenty of space to gather in kitchen & living room & still able to escape for quiet time in our own rooms. Happy that hot tub was off the living room. Enjoyed our time very much

We loved how all 4 sleeping areas were separated from each other. We sure enjoyed playing games and hanging out at the kitchen table while fixing meals. Too far to walk to the ski area though.

We spent President's Weekend in Steamboat and stayed here for 4 nights. We were 8 total guests, 2 families of 4 (not by design, just happened). The condo is clean, updated, and the private hot tub is very nice. The condo is actually a multi level unit with 5 levels, the "basement" has a full sized bed and sleeper sofa with a private bath and the laundry area attached (2 boys stayed here), the next level up is a large sitting area with a huge couch and TV that was nice for relaxing. The next level is the kitchen and a master bedroom and full bath, the following level is like a loft with a bunk and additional twin bed (2 girls stayed here), the final level is another master bedroom with private bath. The condo is a short walk from the free city bus service, and a short 5 minute drive to the lifts and base if you have a vehicle. I'd recommend this condo for a large family or multiple couples.

Great space to spread out, but also sufficient space in the kitchen and family room to all be together. Hot tub on the deck was excellent. Great location to ski hill and the rest of the town. Only bummer is the 1 parking spot for the unit.

Nice property as described. The loft area is small but this was far outweighed by the large comfortable family room. There is a bus stop right out front which was really convenient for getting back and forth to the lifts.
