Clean place and good location

Loved staying here! Our group had a blast. We ski’d three days and the place worked great. Only a 5 minute walk to the base of the mountain. Also the hottub was great for us. Thanks again!

It's not ideal to walk but it saves time dealing with a car at the Steamboat Resort parking lot. We are able to walk to the resort with our gear and back. There's a shuttle stop that will help you get to downtown. Kitchen is updated but don't expect to find any aluminum foil or plastic ziplock if you need to cook or bag up a lunch. This is not a negative just a FYI for your planning purposes. Check in with Retreatia was fast and simple same with check out. Just the standard take out the trash and start the dishwasher. It's not like other places where they have you gather up linens are start the laundry for them so thank you for that.

It sounds like the location was pretty convenient despite the walk, and it’s nice to hear the check-in and check-out process was simple. It’s always those little things, like not having some kitchen essentials, that can catch you off guard. But sounds like the rest of your experience was smooth. Will you be making another trip to Steamboat anytime soon, or are you exploring other spots for your next getaway?

Overall, the space was great for what we were looking for. It was open and spacious, in a convenient location, and had a pretty decently stocked kitchen. A lot of the kitchen appliances are very outdated so just a heads up on that!
The towels were not very clean when we first arrived and a couple towels had stains or clumps of hair stuck to them… luckily we planned ahead and brought our own!
Other than that, we loved the location and the open and spacious feel of the town home was perfect. It’s a little old and outdated, but it gets the job done.

We had an amazing stay here! The location is absolutely perfect, a five minute walk to the bottom of the ski resort. There’s a lot to do within a quick proximity.

Overall a great place! A couple things to consider - the listing says 2 bedrooms but actually only has one bedroom and a loft area that is counted as a bedroom, and there are only two parking permits available.m for the property. The place is spacious, clean and looks like the photos. We had a great time!

Great spot for a ski trip, 10 minute walk to the main gondola and minutes from downtown via shuttle, bus, or car. Hosts were responsive and the space itself was very well kept and perfectly slept 6.

Great place to stay for a ski trip. It was a few minute walk from Steamboat Resort and there are shuttles that can pick you up outside.
Only critique is that the check in process is inconvenient. You have to go to the office to pick up the key. You have to call If you can’t pick it up before it closes so they can put it in the lock box. But I think they should just put it in the lockbox… and they should have a lockbox next to the airbnb instead of by the office which is a 5 minute drive away. You are also instructed to drop the keys off at the office which is inconvenient for when you’re trying to hit the slopes in the morning. We should be able to leave it at or by the property. There’s technology for self checkin.
Overall, loved the airbnb, very comfortable, cozy, and would stay again.

This place was in a great location, absolutely clean, well maintained, and comfortable. If you have weak legs plan on sleeping on the couch the stairs are steep! Other then that it’s a wonderful place to stay! I highly recommend it.

We had a great time at this Airbnb! The check-in/check-out was very easy, the location was great (0.5 miles to the main lift and a short walk to restaurants/stores) and the space was clean, well-appointed and spacious.

Close to the mountain. Good for a group who is ok to sleep in shared space. We walked to the mountain every day and it was an easy warm up/cool down. Bus goes into town easy as well.

This was a beautiful fun property. The transportation promised by retredia was horrible. They promised a shuttle service for our stay and when we called on our second day there they told us they were over booked for the day. We were strained several times because of this. Your property is too nice of a property to use a company to book it that lets guest down.

Excellent house, perfect for our group of 4. Location is 10/10 - about a 5 minute walk to the slopes. House was clean, plenty of room to spread out. No complaints, would recommend to anyone traveling to Steamboat!

Close to everything you need! The unit had all cooking utensils, grill, hot tub right outside, parking and steps from the local bust stop. Great vacation rental
