Ideally located 3.5 miles from downtown and less than 2 miles from the Steamboat Ski area, keep an eagle eye on the valley with sunset views of Emerald Mountain, the Yampa River, and Sleeping Giant. This multi-level property with shared elevator access, boasts five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and two living areas providing ample space for the family to work, play, and be together – and host a guest or two!

The mountain aesthetic of the home includes beautiful wood finishes, bright accents, and cozy furnishings. Vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace in the Great Room create a sense of grandeur as the Colorado sun lightens the room. For the chef in the family, the spacious, well-appointed kitchen features a stainless, commercial range and dual ovens. The dining table seats 8 and additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. On the upper deck, enjoy the western views comfortably seated around the gas firepit or dine al fresco in the fresh mountain air. Soothe your post-ski aches in the hot tub on the west-facing lower deck.

The primary suite has a King bed, rock-faced gas fireplace, Smart TV, and ensuite bath with jetted tub, steam shower, and double vanity. Catch a glimpse of Rocky Mountain wildlife on the private deck nestled in a wooded, undeveloped natural area. The private junior suite has a King bed, Smart TV, and full ensuite bath. Other rooms include a lower level ensuite with two twin beds and twin sleeper sofa and a Smart TV. Two additional bedrooms with full bath feature a King bed and two twins/split King option are located just off a secondary living area with plenty of couch seating around a Smart TV and a high top table perfect for games and puzzles.

Other amenities include a convenient elevator, servicing each floor, for ease of unloading luggage and groceries. There is one parking space in the garage and additional 2 covered spaces on the driveway. The laundry room is equipped with a washer/dryer and laundry sink.

During winter season, Retreatia guests have access to an on-call, in town shuttle from 8AM-5PM daily.
