Our group of 8 adults had a great stay at this condo. It had plenty of common area space, 2 min walk to ski shuttle and a community hot tub. Only small complaint was that we could have used more towels (bath + kitchen). Would stay again!

A great ski home just minutes from the base of Steamboat. Great amenities and a very comfortable setup after a long day on the slopes! We were a family of 4 with plenty of space...everyone was content. The home is just a 3 minute walk in ski boots to the Steamboat bus, which takes you right to the mountain. All in all, great place to call home for a weeklong ski trip.

Unit was very clean, beds and living room furniture were clean. Plenty of space for 4 people, definately could accomodate 3 couples. Kitchen was well stocked, and it was nice having your own garage, although it was relatively smaill- meaning a large SUV won't fit. But, there was overflow parking, so no problem.

We brought relatives from the UK to visit. We all loved the property. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was lovely and well stocked. Seating was comfortable. Nice patio. We used the hot tub too. Property was in a nice location central to town and attractions.

Plenty of space for family of four (and then some) with three bedrooms, full kitchen and living area, and garage for gear storage. Overall great location to Steamboat resort in nice quiet neighborhood with pool and hot tub.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was a great family unit and we stayed with our four daughters and had a huge amount of room. Nice big table for food and board games. Large kitchen for cooking. And we got to see a moose walk by in the street on our last day! Quick drive into various parts of town to enjoy what Steamboat has to offer

I took my two kids up to ski at Steamboat and I wanted a nice place to stay for their spring break. This townhome checked most of our boxes. Advice for future renters. There are two places the bus will pick you up at near the townhome. Avoid the hill to the community entrance. We used the second stop further South and it was much easier.

We loved our stay at this beautiful townhome. The location was perfect, however not really walking distance to the resort in the snow. Very short drive though. The heated garage is a plus but be aware that you need a small suv or car. We rented a Nissan Armada and it was way too big to fit in the garage. There is a spot just in front of the garage for you to park a large vehicle. The hot tubs were right across the way and there are two large ones with a covered pavilion to put your towels and clothes, which was nice. The beds were comfortable but one of the guest rooms says that there is a queen size bed. It was very small and looked like a full size. The 1/2 bath downstairs is nice to have when traveling with a large group. The appliances were all nice and seemed fairly new in the kitchen. I just would have liked some more necessities like small spoons and cooking utensils. We were not left extra garbage bags and not enough paper towels and no laundry detergent so be prepared. Again, I definitely recommend staying here just take note of some things to be prepared.

It sounds like you had a great time overall with a few things to keep in mind for next time! The location seems ideal, even if the snow made the walk a bit tricky—good to know it's just a short drive. It's nice that the hot tubs were nearby and the garage was a big bonus, although it sounds like your vehicle was a bit too large for the space. That’s helpful advice for anyone renting a bigger car! It’s also good to know about the bed size discrepancy in the guest room and the need to bring your own supplies like extra garbage bags and paper towels. It sounds like you were able to make it work, but having those extras would definitely make the stay even more comfortable. Would you stay here again despite the little hiccups, or are you thinking of exploring other options next time?

Great property and location! Plenty of room for 3 families, 2 with toddlers. Spacious rooms and living area. Additional items for kids like books, a few toys, small table and chairs. Shuttle right at the entrance of the property and plenty of parking with their overflow parking. Already saved the property for future stays!

Roomy and comfortable. Beds were a bit firm for my liking, sheets were a bit coarse - felt stiff, almost starched. Easy 5 minute drive to drop off / pickup at the mountain. Kitchen well stocked, all that was needed was available. Zero major issues - I'd stay there again.

We stayed in end of August and this townhome was just perfect! It was much more spacious than the pictures depicted! We had my two young children and it was so nice to have a box of toys, pack and play and a diaper genie. The location is fantastic, a 10 minute walk to the base where there are restaurants and the lovely creek for the kids to play. The unit was also well equipped with spices, cooking utensils/pans, and coffee filters - which is so nice to have for that first morning. We had no issues with this unit and honestly would book again!

This property was gorgeous and we loved the shuttle service and hot tub. The property was extremely clean and organized. For the most part, it met our needs! Some things that it lacked were cooking utensils, towels, and lighting. There were barely enough towels for the 8 of us and I wish we were given special towels for the hot tub. Various light bulbs were out. The lighting is quite dim in the master bedroom and bathroom. Additionally, there could be some upgraded television options aka a smart tv or firestick option.

Beautiful unit in an excellent location. Everyone at La Retreatia were super friendly and helpful. Loved having use of the shuttle! Bed was super comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for cooking meals in!

What a great property and location. One of our favorites in Steamboat. This condo is great for families! There is a huge chest of toys, a kids table and chairs, diaper pail, and pack and play. We also found outlet covers and kid dishes. Needless to say my kiddo was very happy! We will definitely stay here again!

Working with Retreatia was easy and enjoyable. They are kind and helpful and very professional in how they conduct their business. The home was cozy and clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We loved the location of the condo and especially enjoyed the hot tubs that were a very short walk from the home. We would definitely stay here again!
