This property is even better in person than in the pictures. The host is responsive and flexible. Everything was clean and in working condition. I would recommend staying at this property.
11 people would be a tight squeeze for adults. 10 would be a better fit for the space unless children are staying.
The only thing to note is that the kitchen has essentially no extras, aside from salt and pepper. There are not extra, sheets, blankets, towels or pillows.

Good spot within driving distance to the resort. Host communicated frequently to assist us.

Our group of 11 had a great time here! I would definitely recommend this place except it was hard to comfortably sleep 11 adults here.
Pros:
- On-demand shuttle was convenient and great for our large group
- Well-equipped kitchen to cook and eat dinners
- Spacious, comfortable, cozy, and open living room/dining room/kitchen
- Cheaper than other accommodations
- Close to steamboat resort and town
- Very clean and comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms
- Puzzles and cards were a nice touch!
Cons:
- We scheduled a shuttle ride a day in advance but it was cancelled right at the time of pickup with no explanation, which was disappointing as every other time they were very reliable. We ended up riding the free public bus which is a 20 min walk from the airbnb.
- The bunk bed is small for three adults so we had three people sleeping on couches.

The house was top notch and the location was great! The neighbors were friendly and the house was as described. You have to drive into town, but the peaceful neighborhood has beautiful views. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us staying there. Check-in was seamless and communication with Retreatia was easy. I recommend staying here.

That sounds wonderful! It’s always great when a place has everything you need for a comfortable stay, especially when you're entertaining or having a big family gathering. Was the location convenient for you to get to the mountain or any other attractions?

Had a great 4 night stay at mountain lily with a group of 10 adults for my fiance’s birthday. The townhome was cozy and spacious, but may have been a little tight if all 10 guests had stayed each of the 4 nights (people arrived and left on different days). We had two cars for most of the trip, which was fairly essential for getting to the slopes. The free shuttle works great at night into and back from town but the one morning I tried to call it to go to the mountain the wait was over 2 hours, so we drove instead. One of our party did manage to walk down the path into town, so that is possible during the winter. Bring your own speakers if you want music.

We loved the place and it felt huge for 2 couples and a baby. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with all the essentials. There is a trail in the neighborhood that makes it a relatively short walk to downtown if needed. The garage was spacious and fit two cars comfortably. I would definitely stay here again! To check in you will have to go to a Retreatia office first, which is a few miles from the house. I went after hours around 7 pm and was able to access my packet from a lock box.

This property is a hidden gem. The property is absolutely gorgeous. We had seven guests and the property accommodated us comfortably. It is walking distance to downtown Steamboat, but also a great launch pad to Steamboat attractions such as the gondola and Fish Creek Falls. We would absolutely stay here again!

Overall met our needs. But...no closet in the master, no place to hang any clothes. No door on the master bath, so showering is for those who don't mind putting on a show. Dryer had almost no heat even at the hottest setting. Upstairs there was only one closet in one bedroom. Would have been nice to have a digital lock on the front door in addition to the garage. Listing should also mention the abundance of stairs for those who might have issues. We were visiting family, so these were only minor inconveniences, and we enjoyed our stay.

Our location through Retreatia was awesome! Not only was the house spacious, but extremely clean. My favorite perk was the free shuttle! Retreatia ran the shuttle during most hours of the day, and drivers would communicate with you when they would arrive at your location. Whether we needed a ride to the ski hill, back to the Airbnb, or downtown Steamboat they were there. Saved a ton of walking or ride sharing!
Our house was short some towels for being an 11 person house, but Retreatia was super helpful and responsive, and fresh towels were brought out the next morning!

Overall, great experience. Checking in with the main office was simple, place was clean and plenty large enough for our group. It was very close to the mountain and the shuttle service they offered was perfect for picking us up and getting us to and from the mountain each day. The shuttle actually comes directly to you wherever you are, which was just a great bonus not having to worry about parking. And the checkout process was the easiest I have ever seen from a VRBO property. Essentially taking care of trash, dishes and a spot check cleaning of the place. We had to leave early and quickly, so the simplicity was very much appreciated. Highly recommend this property if you are looking around!

Loved the location and the house was great. Quiet neighborhood. Super short drive (a bit too far too walk) to all things Steamboat. Our sole issue was that there is no air conditioning. Obviously not an issue for winter when all the skiers come, but was a bit or a surprise for our mid summer visit. We also happened to visit during a particularly hot spell. The home did have several small fans that we utilized during the sleeping hours. However, this was not enough to keep us from enjoying our stay. Although there were on two of us for this visit, this house can easily accommodate way more people. Super short trip to downtown Steamboat and all the sights. We drove the few minutes and parked on one of the side streets and then walked all over town. Except for A/C, could not have asked for more.

This place is spacious and has all the amenities you would need. Unfortunately we came after a snowstorm and had a very hard time getting up the driveway even with chains on the tires. They were slow to plow the driveway. The garage door broke while we were staying but the management team promptly had people lined up to fix it. Overall a fun place to stay with plenty of beds and space.

The location of this place is fantastic. It was very easy for my 19 yo stepdaughter to take the free shuttle into town by herself with the bus stop just a minute’s walk from the front door. The home was roomy and immaculate. Highly recommend this home!
