What a wonderful place for a ski trip to the Steamboat resort with friends! We enjoyed having the capacity of four queen bunk beds in the basement and felt very comfortable with the amenities of the house. This is a cozy, luxurious, well-located and spacious home with a hot tub, heated floors, ample appliances and I’d recommend it to anyone.

Cozy but plenty of space for 5 adults. Wide open kitchen, dining and family room perfect for gathering. Central location made it easy to get to slopes, restaurants, shops, and Strawberry Springs. Perfect family time.

Close to the mountain, be aware, there is really only three parking spaces and it is VERY hard to find overnight parking in steamboat

we were there during a peak season and it was essentially impossible to book the shuttle to the ski mountain (wait times were always 2 hours).

It was great staying at the house. Heated floors were amazing and location was very close to town and Steamboat resort. We celebrated an amazing Christmas in the snow, and we’ll be back!

The home was comfortable and clean and was the perfect place to have a small family reunion with my sisters. It was close to town so we were able to Uber to dinner in the evening for a little cost

Great place to stay if you have a big party. Do know they have limited supplies there but have most of the essentials. Very spacious for big party. Somewhat on busy road but you don’t really hear it much beside the construction they are working on during our stay.

Very convenient location to get to downtown (less than 5 minutes) or to hikes and the house was beautiful. Hot Tub was a great amenity to have too!

We spent a long weekend here to celebrate a friend's wedding, and this location was perfect. Centrally located, very spacious and roomy, and the open-concept first floor allowed for all of us to gather and share laughs. The three different levels for sleeping allow for those who are hot when they sleep and cold when they sleep.. GREAT PLACE!

Great house that accommodates several people, especially great for large families with kids. Very nice, cozy setup. Only downfall is the "driveway" and parking as two cars in the garage is about all there is- doesn't really fit three that nicely and it's much harder for larger vehicles such as trucks and large SUVs to fit. Super close to downtown Steamboat and Old Town Hot Springs which is really convenient. Overall was a great stay and I would definitely recommend it stay again.

We really enjoyed this property. Great location, loved the hot tub, had enough room for everyone. Very clean, had the basics for cooking. We did think it would have been nice to have some outdoor furniture for enjoying the patio. But overall very nice olace. We enjoyed!

The property is spacious and comfortable, and we loved the hot tub. The inside of the house was really clean, but there were quite a few cigarette butts and a pair of boxer shorts on the deck. I picked them up because I know it's a non-smoking property, and I didn't want to get blamed. The location is convenient to stores and restaurants, but there is quite a bit of traffic noise early in the morning. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

overall pretty awesome place for large groups. limited parking space to only 3 vehicles garage can fit a large suv (Yukon xl) . I didn't like where the bunk beds were for the kids they were in the basement area which I thought was a little far from the bedrooms up top. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the price was totally worth it.

Overall, it was a good place for a large group. There was some trash left behind from the previous group around the hot tub and in the kitchen. One of the windows in the master doesn't fully close so it can be a bit drafty. Other than that, the place is as advertised and is in good proximity to the mountain.

Our biggest issue was the parking with us. There are only three spots and for a house that big we had a struggle figuring out what to do with the rest of our cars especially in the winter other than that the place was great super clean, spacious very comfortable beds.

FYI Limited to 3 parking spots-- our group of 10 came with 2 extra cars and we spent 3 hours trying to find overnight parking and spent an additional $150 for parking for 2 extra nights. Would have been helpful to know ahead of time.
Other than that, place was clean and cozy!

This property was the perfect rental for our family Christmas vacation! We had a group of 8, including 2 children. This cozy home easily accommodated our group with plenty of space. There were so many perks to this charming place, from the number of bedrooms & private baths to the well-stocked kitchen, the use of a new washer & dryer, gas fireplace, and the relaxing hot tub. It was extremely clean, which is very high on my expectations list. The location of this property was perfect! It was close to downtown and the ski slopes. We would definitely rent this property again!

Great place in great location. Space was accurately described in the listing. Just one heads up, if you have more than 3 vehicles parking can be difficult. We were able to make it work with the neighbors and the management company, but just a heads up. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

We wanted laid back and relaxing with some adventure sprinkled in. We got amazing views, hiking, kayaking, shopping, spots to relax by the river, and yummy eats! House was perfect for us with plenty of room to come together or retreat for alone time. My only suggestion would be to add a inflatable kayak or paddle board in the garage. Thanks for a great vacay!

We had a wonderful stay here! Very convenient location, 5 min from downtown Steamboat Springs. The host company was communicative and accommodating. Hot tub was lovely. The only downside is that the house is located on a very busy road and the street noise was too loud to sleep with the windows open.
