Overall great place with plenty of room. We had everything we needed. Very quiet neighborhood with very nice neighbors. Only item I could mention is that the carpet near the kitchen was soiled as the garage receptacles were there.

If you want a nice stay in a clean and cozy apartment look no further. Also the shuttle access as part of the rental was a big plus. Not only would they take you to the slopes and back again but also into town and night and pick you back up after your meal or happy hour. Overall a very nice place.

The place was okay— what you would expect from a ski condo/townhome. What made it all worth it? They have an on-call shuttle service that takes you point to point. I don’t think it was marketed, but honestly was the best part of our trip being dropped right off at the base of the gondola and being picked up without paying for parking or worried about too much après! Would stay again just for that. The drivers were all awesome. 👏🏽

The boot dryer in the garage and ski/board rack are great. The property is clean and is super close to the resort. Plenty of space for everyone. Washer and dryer work just fine. Didnt get to use the jacuzi unfortunatly. Neighbors were friendly. Cant think of any complaints, Or even constructive criticism. Oh, the master bedroom could probably use some curtains to go over the blinds. I love the morning sun shinning through them. I like to wake up super early,, but my gf was not a fan of how bright it was.

Greta place to stay. Accurate with the description and the bedrooms are nice. The shuttle service is a phenomenal amenity that drives exactly to where you need them to for pick up / drop off during the winter season by requesting on an app.

We loved staying here. So close to our friends, downtown Steamboat, and the wildlife. A mom and baby moose even stopped by to have dinner, munching from trees in the front and back of the condo. Then they nestled down for the night near the playground. Laundry soap was under the kitchen sink, not under the bathroom sink next to the laundry room. Weird. And the kitchen could use more hand towels. All-in-all, loved the place, the games, etc.

The place was great for our family of four adults - spacious and comfortable. It was hot during our stay, so we appreciated the fans in each bedroom. We were in town for the Emerald Mountain Epic and it was convenient to get to Howelsen Ski Area. The afternoon of our arrival, we had not received the access code in the guest portal and Retreatia was responsive in providing it.

The location was quiet for a summer time rental, convenient to downtown, just a short drive. The layout of the condo/townhome was perfect for 3 parties with an overflow ideal for kids outside the 2 downstairs bedrooms that had a bunkbed. The kitchen was by far the best stocked for appliances and accessories which as great for having 3 parties as we ate in 3 of the 4 days we stayed. The garage was heated so that's got to be a plus for winter stays. Well worth trying this one out when you visit Steamboat Springs.

Loved our stay here!! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets. The locations to the base of the mountain and downtown steamboat was less then 5 min drive! Our favorite part was the fireplace—made the space so cozy!

Enjoyed our stay here! Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and there was plenty of room for our party of 6 adults and 1 infant. The complex was on a bus route to the slopes or it was a quick trip to the slopes in a car. Would stay here again!

The place we stayed was walkable to Steamboat Ski Mtn. We walked back after our ski day's. We had a lot of snow....it was difficult to fiind the shuttle time table and where to get them. We did finally figure it out, but we did have a car.
Condo was clean, plenty of new dishes and cutlery. Everything was in great working order.

The townhouse was just as described. It had everything we needed. It was clean upon arrival. You do have to check in/check out at a different location to pickup/return your parking tags. We could not fit our truck in the garage but it would fit a smaller car. The littles in our family loved the playground right outside the back door. We enjoyed our stay and would book again if ever back in the area.

Very comfy and clean. Felt like home. We were there during a very warm week in Steamboat, so it was a little warm without air conditioning during the day, but cooled down nicely in the evening. More than enough space for our family of 4 to spread out. Kitchen was clean and had all we needed. We enjoyed the shuffleboard and the tv was easy to use and login to streaming services. Close to everything we did and we hope to visit again.

This beautiful property is very near the base of Steamboat ski resort, you can drive or take the free bus. My son even walked once. It is extremely clean, well maintained, very roomy (space for six or more adults) and was very well stocked. We really loved our stay and hope to be back soon.

Retreatia was one of the best airbnb experiences I've had. They called me to let me know we could check in early at no charge, and the checkin was super easy and smooth. My only comment would be that I think the lawns around the townhome are over-watered. Although they look green and amazing, the sprinklers were on for hours each night and the lawn was like a swamp. Given western Colorado is in a drought, that is unfortunate and seems like a waste of water. Just my 2-cents, and not a statement about Retreatia.

This place was big enough for our 7 person crew and well accommodated with all the amenities of home. We loved the shuffle board because it gave us an outlet other than tv. It was close to the bus line and the ski hill and the heated garage was a nice surprise. Perfect!

This condo was perfectly located only a 5 min drive from the base of the mountain. Only issue was parking. The condo comes with two spaces and we had three vehicles. Luckily we were able to find parking in the ‘overflow’ parking lot in the complex. Steamboat does not allow public overnight parking anywhere so we were relieved to find out we could park one of our vehicles there. The place was clean and comfortable would definitely stay again.

Great stay, very quick drive to the mountain (we never tried the shuttle but there is public parking 5 min from the mountain, which we did most days). We had 5 people in our party and there was more than enough room. Kitch was very well equipped (stayed during covid so we wanted to avoid going to restaurants).

Could use more dishware and Silverware. Cookware was nice. Games and puzzles were a nice touch. Boot dryer came in handy. The resort could do a better job routing buses but the stop was convenient to the condo.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in the townhouse. It was clean, for the most part. The kids were excited about the swing set outside, but the yard was heavily covered in dog poop so we didn’t let them play outside the entire week because of this. Then the shower drains were clogged so that part was inconvenient. On a positive note, there was plenty of room for us in this unit, love the board games, cable TV, WiFi and shuffleboard. And the location was perfect.

Good property. Lots of room. Liked the bunk bed set downstairs. Great kitchen, DR and LR. Yes the rugs probably need to be replaced as mentioned in other reviews but non issue to us. Great kitchen pits/one ect. Even a lime squeeze. They do tell you but wasn't sure but MBR upstairs with iwn bath is a queen bed. May or may not be an issue. Used the grill and shuttle bus. Had a great week.
