The house was really nice and everything matched the description/pictures. Beautiful location with a nice view from inside the house as well as the balcony. Also a convenient location for the ski resorts and downtown utilizing the free yellow zone service for those that don’t want to rent a car.

Really nice modern place fully stocked with plenty of kitchen items. Very comfortable beds and bedrooms and the outdoor space was great! Location is also great!

This rental has to be one of if not the nicest we’ve stayed in over the years. It was extremely clean, well set up and stocked with anything we needed. The kitchen had more than enough to cook any sort of meal. The views were incredible and we were treated to deer, moose and a fox all while sitting on the deck. We will definitely be back!

Some friends and I were staying at this lovely home for some birthday celebrations. Everything about this home was so cozy and had incredible views! Communication with rental property was good but they couldn’t answer many detailed questions about the house, like if there were pots and pans in the kitchen, which there were but we ended up bringing our own. Overall though we really enjoyed our stay

It sounds like the home was a great spot for your birthday celebration, especially with those views! It’s a bit unfortunate that the communication about kitchen items was lacking, but it’s good that you were able to bring your own and still have a great time. Do you think you’d stay there again, or are you looking for a place with better info upfront next time?

We loved this house. It’s in a great setting all by itself, so no noisy/nosy neighbors. It has all the amenities, and we found it very comfortable and spacious at the same time. The upstairs MBR is a cool loft, with a sliding door that does not keep out all the noise but is very cool. It is within easy reach of town and the gondolas.

Beautiful place with amazing views! Great location to spend our Christmas. Lots of snow and close to everything. Very well appointed for everything from cooking to doing laundry. If you plan to visit, make sure to inventory before you shop. They have more than we could have imagined, from spices to baking!

We had a wonderful stay at this house for our fall getaway. Watching the leaves change from the deck, hot tub and picture windows was just incredible. The house is super well stocked with everything we needed to make meals. It felt like a home. Fantastic and highly recommended.

This house has a great mountain-view from the deck. It's in the middle of everything but feels like it's out on it's own due to clever architecture. The interior is very new and clean. The only minor gripe is that the description said there was a Keurig for the upstairs bedroom but there was not. Overall we had a fantastic time here.

Great house in a very convenient location, but without feeling like you were in town or on top of other people.
The house was furnished nicely, everything was in great condition and very clean. The kitchen had everything you would ever need, including a nice outdoor gas grill.
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we are in Steamboat!

Our family absolutely loved the house. The location, the views, the size, the perfectly stocked kitchen, it could not have been better. The little walking trails right outside of the house were also perfect for our kiddos to burn off some extra energy. It is such an easy drive, ride or even walk into town. Don’t think twice, the house is even better than the pictures!

Steamboat was beautiful! First time in this part of Colorado. Usually go to the Breckinridge area. Steamboat was a slower paced town. Good restaurants and shops. House was beautiful and comfortable. Retreat is was very easy to work with! Will not hesitate to rent from their properties in the future! Had a horrible experience with Vacasa in the past”run from anything managed by Vacasa!!! House had everything you need to fix meals, the hot tub was awesome! Very enjoyable stay!

Can walk a short trail right from the house.
Barn yard doors are aesthetically nice but don’t insulate sound as much (especially with kids).

This place was beyond awesome! The large walk out deck with a gorgeous view took our breaths away! It was our most favorite spot to enjoy its peaceful scenery either by sitting around the fire pit or in the private hot tub. The house was quite secluded in a very quiet area, so it gave us a lot of privacy. The location overall was a big thumbs up since it was very close to town and walkable to the river that leads to town as well. Last but not least was their well equipped kitchen. Trust me, it was completely loaded with the cooking essentials that will make you feel like you were in your own kitchen at home. We were able to have all of our savory meals in this kitchen while watching the sunsets through the huge glass sliding doors. Overall, it was a fantastic experience at this place, and we would definitely come back and recommend this to our friends and family! Great thank to the owner of this place and Retreatia for making this house cozy and welcoming!

We had a wonderful stay at Ritter Ski Hutte. The house accommodated everyone with comfortable spaces to sleep and gather for family meals. The house was well stocked with linens, dishes, cooking supplies -- everything we needed! The location is the perfect combination of easy access to both the mountain and town but also secluded with gorgeous views.

Very nice place with beautiful views. The hot tub was fun after a day of skiing. The shuttle was not always available or reliable. Long walk to the bus stop. If you have a car, it’s perfect in for four adults.

This home is FABULOUS!!!! The view is amazing, the home is modern yet super cozy, and the location is perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds are super comfortable. The huge wrap around back porch and hot tub are inviting and serene, and provide an incredible view of the mountains. This home provides bonus, thoughtful amenities- extra cozy blankets, board games/cards, and pool towels. Our four kids range from ages 7-12 and I felt this home was very kid-friendly for them. It was extremely clean and welcoming on our arrival, and the multiple sliding glass doors around the living room provide an incredible mountain breeze when open. Love, love, love everything about this incredible home!!!! Thank you to its wonderful owner for allowing us to stay a week in beautiful Steamboat Springs!

Beautiful house! Great location and killer views. No Keurig as mentioned in listing, but drip coffee maker available. Would recommend sound machines (especially if you have kids) as sound travels easily between all floors. Late check in process was easy and appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely property! The radiant heat was wonderful at heating the house even when it was extremely cold outside, negative temperatures, the roaring fireplace helped too! We loved most things about it except for the noise from passing cars which was surprisingly loud in the master bedroom at night. The location was great, few minutes drive to downtown in one direction and the ski slopes in the other! The garage is very small, might be difficult to fit a larger SUV. We would definitely consider booking it again!

This is an absolutely beautiful property . The open floor plan main level boasts floor to ceiling windows that go up to and include the second story on two adjoining sides. The view is unbelievable. You can sit by the gas fireplace and look out at the entire Steamboat ski hill. From three well appointed bedrooms to a large walk in ski storage area to the fantastically appointed gourmet kitchen, this place has it all! We had 8 adults and could not have been more comfortable. We loved this home and will try to stay here again when we visit Steamboat the next time.

The house was lovely, amazing views and a great location. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was easy to access and utilize. Have the garage was a bonus as we had 2 cars on this trip and it provided storage. The heated floors were a dream. Highly recommend!

The property is exactly as advertised/listed - brand new home with modern finishes and all the expected amenities. It is in a convenient location to get to downtown or to the mountain (if in ski season) - although we didn't, you could walk to downtown in 20-30 minutes. Big open spaces, tons of windows/light during the day, and comfy cool spaces to retreat to at night. I'd definitely stay in the property again - would be a great ski getaway.

ABsolutely stunning. Best AirBnB we've ever stayed in and we'll be back. From the bedrooms to the kitchen to the fire pit to the hot tub it's an amazing space and every single detail has been thought through (down to having all the possible amenities for cooking properly) for the perfect vacation. Thoroughly recommended, but please don't tell your friends as we're going to be coming back regularly so we don't want anyone else to book it :)
