Amazing location walking distance to the ski area and gondola square. Great stay for 2, little tight for 3, but absolutely great deal for a weekend. Check-in was easy and well-communicated, everything worked as planned

Great stay in a nice condo space. The stairs were right outside our unit so one time people were really gallumphing up the stairs and that was a little loud but no big deal. Also not a problem but was sort of a surprise, a lot of the outlets are on switches so that took a minute to figure out. Parking was good and easy and the location was good

A fabulous location - we stayed in August and loved how close it was both to the mountain village as well as Steamboat Springs the town. The pool and hot tub were lovely on the property. The condo was well stocked for cooking - a touch dated but absolutely comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Had a great stay, perfect for two of us and the free shuttle steps away was super convenient for getting to the hill (can walk but 10 min in ski boots was a no for us).
Wifi was at times a bit spotty/dropped out so would likely not recommend if relying on it consistently for work or other activities. Never bothered us too much.

This was probably the easiest trip I've ever gone on. The welcome packet answered questions I didn't even know I had. PS if you get my unit it will have salt and pepper shakers. My mistake your gain

Perfect location. The free shuttle to the ski resort is very convenient and reliable. The shared outdoor hot tub was a huge add-on, though it’s a bit far from the unit. Would recommend to my friends and return if we go to steamboat again!

Great location for skiing. The city bus worked perfect to get to the slopes! Only a 7 minute walk to the slopes if you wanted to walk!

This unit was perfect for my daughter and I for our ski trip this yr!! For me I’d think this is perfectly set up for 2 people or maybe parents w one kid. Didn’t have any probs w noise! Bus stop was right there! And the hot tub was on point!! Overall my daughter and I would stay again if I’m area!!

It was a great stay in Steamboat. With leisurely walks along the river and watching the sun set over the mountains. This condo is comfortable and cozy. Met our needs perfectly!

Great little 1bdrm condo the wife and I were able to enjoy for our 1 year anniversary. Convenient to bike trail and river road and only a couple miles from downtown steamboat springs. After hours check in was simple and easy.

This place was a great location for a ski vacation in Steamboat. Close to the resort with either two free parking lots nearby or the bus stop is right outside (though we missed this until the last day we were there). A short drive into town so location was just what we were looking for. Appropriately stocked with bathroom and kitchen basics and plenty of extra blankets and pillows for the bedroom. The neighbors were a bit loud but hard to control who is staying above you in a multi-story unit - we happened to have heavy walkers during the weekend we were there. Would stay again.

The location was on point with being close to the ski hill. The Rockies where we stayed were clean and nice and came with all things we needed. The couch pulls out into a queen size which was nice for the other couple staying with us. I will say the pull out couch isn’t comfortable itself because there is a bar you can feel right under you but we moved it to the floor and folded the couch back in and it was totally fine. The people above us got loud for a few hours so we did hear that but we reported it not sure if anything happened. I will say I am overall impressed with the Rockies condominiums, good communication, cleanliness was spot on, they also had the pool and hot tub available to use as well which was nice.

Great communication. Clean and updated unit. Great location on the bus line, or an easy walk to the base. A little tight for 4 large people, but definitely workable. Actually pretty quiet for a condo situation. Recommend.

Great one-bedroom with all the essentials and in a good, quiet location. I didn't spend a lot of time in the condo - didn't cook or sit on the couch - but I'd consider booking this place next time I'm in Steamboat.

Great location near the mountain with a free bus shuttle to the mountain base, sparkling clean, incredibly comfortable bed, good kitchen amenities. The upstairs neighbor was quite loud, but that didn't affect our stay.

Great location and very clean unit. Bus transportation was very easy with bus stop right in front of condo. Loved the hot tubs and pool after skiing. Steamboat was great -- we'll definitely be back!

This was a great place to stay and get away. The location was very close to most hikes and other activities that we did during the day. At night we really enjoyed being able to relax on our own balcony and enjoy the views.

Retreatia was great and responsive and so friendly. The home was perfectly located for going into town and escaping into the great outdoors. Really great king-sized bed. Only complaints would be that the kitchen is very minimally furnished. Would be difficult to make anything beyond quick breakfasts and lunches.
