Had a fun and relaxing ski trip. Loved the location. Ski in/walk out was very convenient and close enough to walk to gondola square for apres ski. Everything was as described and kitchen was well equipped for making meals. Primary bed was comfortable and the pull out couch was comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows as well.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this unit. It was about the right size for just the two of us. The bathroom area was a little small for us compared to what we are used to at home, but we managed fine. It is in an older building, built in the 70's I think, but the interior of the unit was modern and comfortable. We really enjoyed the ability to Ski off the mountain right to our door or patio. The unit is on the ground floor, which we liked because we could just ski up to the patio and hand equipment over the railing onto the patio if needed. There was a short walk to get on to the ski run, but not bad. I love skiing Steamboat, and we enjoyed our stay at this unit, and Retreatia did a good job as far as I am concerned. I am no expert, but for a ski in / walk out location, I think it was fairly priced. My only real complaint is that there were just too many skiers on the mountain! Dang! It was like asking on an ant hill. People everywhere!!!

My daughter and I went to ski and snowboard for the first time. The condo was perfect for us. Easily accessible to the mountain and lifts.

We were the first people to stay in this location and the pictures inside matched what we expected. The outside wasn’t very nice, so we were surprised but it didn’t matter.
Comfortable furniture and bed. Well stocked.
There was no iron or iron board. Typically we wouldn’t need this but we were on a celebratory trip. Called the office and they brought one to us on Saturday am. This was great service!
Two things we wished we would have known and was different than any other AirBnB that we have stayed at. There is a button on the inside of the door. If this button is hit, you can’t get back into your place. We had a detour getting into our place Friday night due to this. We know we hadn’t purposely set this lock button so must have hit it when walking out. There is a sign but it is small and down far on the door. Be cautious of this
When we checked out, we also had to take back the keys and parking pass back. Not a huge deal, but different than anything we have had to do in the past.
