In winter, you can ski in and out of this corner, ground-level condo, and in summer, you're a few steps from the best hiking trails in town. After a day outdoors, you can sit on the private, shaded patio and enjoy a cool beverage or walk across the parking lot to the Spa Facility, where you'll find a heated outdoor pool/hot tub, indoor sauna, weight room, exercise equipment, and tennis court (tennis is summer only).

Curl up on either and open the blinds to both sliding doors in winter, while you nestle by the wood-burning fire and watch the snowfall.
