Nicely appointed easy access, well organized and very clean! Only issue was our humidifier was not working and the management is replacing it. We loved our stay and seeing the color change of the leaves!!

I was very comfortable and enjoyed the quiet and serene location. Check in/out was a little different than I’m used to because it’s at a different location than the rental, but it wasn’t hard to figure out and there was great communication from Retreatia.

We really enjoyed this property. The property manager we met with was super accommodating (Lori?). We arrived early, and she kept us updated on the cleaning and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early when it was finished. The property is very nice. The only issue we had was with the excavation going on next to our unit. But that is definitely not something that could be controlled by Retreatia. We understand. We would highly recommend it.

Amazing location, amazing space, great amenities. The only drawback was the check in process. I don't think it was communicated that check-in is done off-site. It would be great to install a key pad or lock box. It would help with ease of coordination of transportation. There are additional docs to sign up on check-in that could be digital. But the space is fantastic. I'll look into rebooking if available and when I return to Steamboat.

It sounds like you had a great experience overall, aside from the check-in process! That off-site check-in situation can definitely be a bit of a hassle, especially when you’re trying to coordinate transportation. A key pad or lock box would definitely streamline things, and I totally agree that having digital documents would make the process more convenient. But it’s awesome that the space itself and location made up for it! Hopefully when you return to Steamboat, the process will be even smoother. Let me know if you need help with anything else!

The condo was the perfect size for two of us. Everything was as advertised, in perfect condition, clean and neat. Very comfortable place to hang out before / after the activities. The corner unit was full of light with a good view. Would definitely come back!

We truly had a great time at this condo. It is located conveniently to the mountain base for an easy walk to the lifts. It is decorated very well and has all the amenities you would need. We would definitely stay there again. It is nearly a 10/10. A very few nitpick items that would make it a 10/10, or even 11/10. 1. It would have been nice to have enough coffee packets for the number of nights we stayed. 2. Better instructions for the Disk satellite TV. I figured it out but could see where a some may not be able to. 3. When the room is ready, please send a text or call, as opposed to waiting until 4:00. 4. Our personal preference is a firm (or firmer) mattress. It's soft. Also, I needed to use 2 pillows, for the pillows that come with the bed are very thin. 5. One more mirror. Either in the bedroom or perhaps in the entry way, would be nice. Again, it's nitpicking...but don't let these things keep you from not renting the condo. It is a very nice place.

Next best thing to ski in, ski out. Easy walk to the Gondola, even did it in ski boots. Although I would recommend wearing regular shoes and renting a locker. Room was clean with updated appliances, and plenty of kitchenware to make any meal. We had an issue with a water leak from another unit, no fault of this property. After a call to the Retreatia office, the response was prompt and the issue was taken care of. We were offered to move to another larger unit, but chose to stay in this unit because we liked it so much. Housekeeping was sent quickly and the small mess was taken care of. My only complaint, and this may be on me for not reading it somewhere. But, you do not check in or out on the at the room. You have to check in/out at the Retreatia office a few miles away. I had to modify our shuttle drop off location because of this. Again, this could have been mentioned somewhere in the emails I received after booking, but this was a first for me.

Some friends and I came to the property to snowboard early in the season. The check-in process was friendly and convenient. The unit was very nice. Good entry way to dry out and store gear. Great shower and bathroom. The kitchen is small but very functional with appliances put away but available for you to pick and choose. The bed was a bit soft for my taste as I like a firm mattress, but plenty of blankets, sheets, and pillows for the pull-out couch in the living room or if you want to swap pillows on the bed. Great access to the slopes and hot tub outside. This is a great property!

Originally we were supposed to stay at a different location, but because of some plumbing issues we got upgraded to another unit. Wonderful service, beautiful location, a wonderful experience. The check-in instructions were worded a bit confusingly. They started with "Check in at this office." And then further down said, "if you're checking in for ___ location, go here." But that was the only hiccup with our stay. Thank you Retreatia for a wonderful vacation ?

We loved staying here (my husband and I and, a friend). The location was perfect, the condo was tastefully decorated, large bathroom and GR8 shower, the carpet was plush; pride of ownership is/was evident. My friend slept in the living room on the sofa bed — she LOVED it. A great space and view w/a fireplace and patio.
I especially loved the fact that the condo is an end unit affording ingress and egress from the patio where luscious grass is situated in a common area. This was a bonus because we had 3 bicycles and didn’t have to use the stairwell, instead we walked the bikes across the grass to the condo.
Need I say more…..BOOK IT.

This condo is well appointed and has a nice view across the valley away from the ski area. We used the hot tubs as well. As others mentioned, this property is a short walk to the gondola and base area. As long as you don't mind walking in ski boots that is, if you are skiing. Steamboat amazingly lacks an indoor space to put on your boots. Others found a rental shop where they could store their boots overnight. We would have done that if we had learned in time!

Great stay in Steamboat. Had a parking spot. Walked to base with skis each morning. Great Uggs blankets and pillows. Recommend 8th Street Steakhouse especially if you have kids. You have to grill your own steaks there.

Basic 1 BR/1BA condo rented through a rental management company. Unit has easy walk access to the Steamboat gondola plaza. Note that the new gondola base loading area has been moved up the mountain about 100 meters. Kitchen well equipped to heat up or prepare simple meals. Views of town are impressive. It’s a walk down to the unit entrance, which is right off the stairs. Coin laundry available down the hall with quarters. Units has laundry detergent and basic cleaning needs including, a vacuum cleaner. Unit has a hair dryer and a humidifier. Gas fireplace insert in the living room can keep unit cozy on those cold nights.
Steamboat skiing was minimal, due to a dry fall and early winter, so only the one or two runs from the Christie lift were open with a machine made (New England) base. The 10-inch dump on 10 December helped, and the main run from the gondola top was opened. Steamboat opened up more areas as more snow fell, but well after I left a 10-day skiing holiday.
Convenience, outdoor parking, and comfortable condo would make this a location I would consider returning.

Clean rooms with beautiful and interesting decor. Fireplace is the best place to sit in front of after a long day of skiing. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you may possibly need for cooking. Retreatia was prompt to respond with questions. My only one suggestion would be to be able to check out from the condo instead of having to pick up and drop off keys at their office which is about 5 min drive.
