We absolutely LOVED this condo! It had everything we needed in the kitchen to make most of our meals there during our stay. It's very clean and the property has great amenities. We stayed here during the hottest part of the summer. Since the condo is on the back of the property and shaded from the harsh sun, it stayed plenty cool inside during the day. We look forward to booking it again in the future.

Very clean and comfy condo. Had everything we needed for a great ski vacation. Location was close enough to walk to ski area, but there was also a free bus available.

We stayed here 2 years ago and wanted this place again. They changed their check in process but looking back on the emails I discovered how to check in. Only suggestion I may have is that you should send some reminder emails a little closer to the check in date. The last email I received about our stay was 24 day prior to check in. Everything else was great! The pool, the hot tub, the condo unit, the shuttle service to the ski area, location, laundry facilities were all awesome. We will definitely be staying here again! Thanks so much for the awesome experience!

Great condo. Worked perfectly for our family of 4. The heated pool and hot tubs were rejuvenating. Shuttle to the ski area base and other areas around town was a nice bonus.

This condo was great for our needs. Pictures accurately reflect the condo! Kitchen, living room and all of the bathrooms were perfect. You are right next to the laundry room as well. Timber Run has three hot tubs and a heated pool, and the ski lockers are located on the second floor.
Some notes: while this is a “first” floor condo, it’s actually one floor down from the parking lot, so you’ll need to bring your bags down a flight of stairs (just FYI). The TV/cable was a little ratty at times also.

This was one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had! Close to town and to bus stops, and the condo had a private shuttle to the mountain and to town at night. I cannot say enough nice things about the hospitality and the staff, as well. Condo was spacious, clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Just perfect.
Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Steamboat.

What a lovely condo! The place was roomy, clean and perfectly decorated for the steamboat area. We had a great weekend and would absolutely stay there again.

Great stay at Timber Run 109. It is a great 2 bed 2 bath with nice space to hang out at the dining table, kitchen bar stools, and den area couches. Fireplace that hits the living room is such a nice touch! Check In and Check Out are super easy w the Retreatia TImber Run main office. Super convenient location near the mountain too.

Cost efficient way to stay close to the mountain. Good hot tub, friendly staff at the front counter. The condo was a little dated, but would recommend staying here again.
