Timber Run is located just 1/4 mile to the ski area and has some of the best amenities in Steamboat, including three community hot tubs, a pool, sauna, and tennis courts.

Timber Run 112 is a 3 bedroom plus loft condominium that sleeps ten. It features a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and a breakfast bar with seating for two. The dining area has a large table with seating for eight. A comfortable sofa and arm chairs welcome you to relax in the living area. Vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and warm natural light from the large sliding glass door that accesses the private balcony provide the perfect ambience and ensure you can truly enjoy all the mountains have to offer. For entertainment, the condo is equipped with three flat screen TVs, DVD player, and complimentary WiFi.

On the main floor, the first bedroom features a king-size bed, flat screen TV and an attached bathroom with tub/shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom located just across the hall. Upstairs, there is a king bed in the third bedroom, with vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan, flatscreen TV, and a shared full bathroom. The fourth bedroom/loft has a queen bed. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the main living area for additional sleeping space.

Timber Run amenities include an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, a barbecue area with picnic tables, tennis courts, laundry facilities, private ski storage, and complimentary shuttle services during the winter to take guests to the ski area, shopping, dining, and other area activities. This condo has parking available for up to two vehicles.

The place was a little outdated, but perfectly comfortable for a quick getaway and super reasonable price. The hot tub and heated pool were great! The shuttle service offered was a bonus, too. The place is literally a 15 minute walk to the base of the ski area if you want to forgo the free shuttle.

Perfect place to stay for skiing at Steamboat. The shuttle picks you up right at the condo parking lot and takes you right to the base of the resort! Quiet at night, never heard any other guests in neighboring condos. Fun hot tubs and pool too.
Only negative thing for us was no dishwasher soap. Feel like the cleaner forgot to leave some, otherwise stocked great with shampoo/conditioner and other soaps. Would stay here again!

Bei Fragen muss man einfach anrufen, via airbnb chat kommen keine Antworten. Telefonisch während Bürozeiten erreichbar.
Ein Zimmer hat keine Fenster nach aussen, keine Lüftung.
Ansonsten seht empfehlenswert, wir kommen wieder.

Beautiful Airbnb, a large group stayed here and we all felt comfortable with the space and felt like we had our own rooms instead of being cluttered together. Amazing view and beautiful downtown- I come to Steamboat a lot and this was by far one of my favorite stays.

My friends and I stayed at this location to play in a volleyball tournament. The condo was within minutes of downtown bars & restaurants as well as any surrounding activity we had our eye on. It was also walkable to plenty of places. The place was huge, plenty of space for the 8 of us that stayed. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub right across the parking lot. Most definitely will look to book this place again next year.

The place looked amazing, I broke my arm on the way to steamboat and the office was flexible about who picked up the keys. It was a great experience aside from what talented to me beforehand. Things were accessible for me even with only one arm.

Place was great - was actually a bit bigger then the pictures make it out to be. Parking is challenging, would recommend trying to carpool to two cars as theres only 2 passes and theres no street parking.

Good Ski Condo

This condo was clean and exactly as advertised with everything in good condition and good working order. We had 5 adult males and we each had a comfortable bed to sleep in. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs and 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs in addition to a sleeper sofa downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans as well as paper towels and dish towels. The bathrooms had plenty of soap, toilet paper, and Kleenex tissue. In addition there were tissues in the living room. There was a large dining room table with seating for 8 as well as 2 bar stool seats. There was a good spot for coats and jackets right when you walk in as well as a shoe heater. The outside ski locker could accommodate 8 pairs of skis or about 3 snow boards. The shuttle stop was very close to the condo located just a short walk across the parking lot. The shuttle made the trip to/from the slopes very convenient and you can download the “Retreatia Shuttle” application to track the shuttle which ran about every 10 minutes. You need to book at least 7 days in advance to take advantage of the 20% discount on lift tickets. It would have been helpful for this information to be included here because in our case we did not book in time. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Great spot for a ski vacation

Not quite ski in ski out, 9-12 minute walk to slopes but there is a free, frequent shuttle to the mountain. We shuttled to the mountain and walked back (half a mile downhill) Even on a holiday ski weekend, there was enough space in the hot tub/heated pool after the ski day (not true for a lot of the nearby condos)
