This spacious two-bedroom condo is the perfect home away from home during your time in Steamboat!

Located in one of Steamboat’s most popular condo complexes, this condo sleeps six people. It has a private deck, and is close to the tennis court, swimming pool, and outdoor hot tubs. It is also just a few blocks from Wild Plum Market, restaurants, and the base of the Steamboat Springs ski area.

This updated condo features a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats 3 and a large dining table that seats 6. The living area has comfortable furnishings, a cozy gas fireplace, a large, flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that let in loads of natural light. Step outside to the private balcony - the perfect place for enjoying a glass of wine and the fresh mountain air. The condo also has a DVD player and free WiFi.

The main bedroom features a king-size bed, TV, and attached full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and TV. An additional full bathroom is just across the hall. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

Amenities at Timber Run include an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, a barbecue area with picnic tables,, tennis courts, laundry facilities, private ski storage, and complimentary shuttle services during the winter to take guests to the ski area, shopping, dining, and other area activities. This condo has parking available for up to two vehicles.

Very good.

Only negative was there was a clump of long hair in one of the tubs.

Winter ski weekend

Nice condo

We were in Steamboat for balloon festival. Great location since south end of town. About 30 minutes from Strawberry hot springs. Beds were comfy. Stove had issue but property management is aware and getting fixed. Kitchen was well appointed. Bottom level, just fyi if concerns about windows being open at night.

Great all around condo

This place marked all the boxes, we have stayed at many condos in Steamboat from single units to houses, apartment style. This one had it all for a fraction of the price from the awesome heated pool, and three hot tubs, the constant shuttle service with a 3-minute ride to the base to lifts. The condo had it all cozy bedrooms great living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and good sized dining room. Ski locker on main level, and the best of the laundry room is right out the door so its like having your own laundry.

Great place to stay for a family of 5! Fun pool and hot tubs, 10 min drive to downtown restaurants and tubing. Clean and comfortable and safe place to walk around.

The location was great, about a 5 mile drive to downtown. Everything was as described, very clean, comfortable, and quick responses when we had questions. My only critique is that It took us a little while to get inside because of having difficulty with the lock and had different information about our stay sent in 2 different emails and a little info through Airbnb messaging so it was a bit to sort through, but we got it figured out!

Accurate listing, clean, close to slopes - just what we needed for a few days in Steamboat. The Retreatia shuttle service was a fantastic bonus (a shuttle runs every ~15 mins from the condo to the resort).
