Description

You'll relax the moment you enter this newly updated two bedroom condo at Timber Run. The two plush sofas (one of which is a queen sleeper sofa) are the perfect place to kick back after a long day on the mountain in any season. A cozy gas fireplace plus large and flat screen television with DVD player are usually enough entertainment, but this home also features a private patio with views of the pool area, so you can keep an eye on the kids from the comfort of the condo. The dining area has a large table with seating for six, and the fully-equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for three.

The large, master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen television and en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a two twin beds and an additional full bathroom just across the hall. The unit also has a queen sleeper sofa in the main living area for additional sleeping capacity.

Amenities at Timber Run include an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, sauna, a BBQ area with picnic tables, tennis courts, laundry facilities, and ski storage.

Beautiful property and the location was perfect. We loved the hot tubs and the shuttle was great. All of the shuttle drivers were extremely nice.

Good place - has everything you need

Great stay and location for viewing the beautiful swimming pool. Thoroughly enjoyed it - my only problem was with the master bedroom bed - the mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. It was just me on the king bed so I could move to the more stable side. This unit could use some updating but overall it is very nice and had everything that I needed.

Weekend Trip

I stayed here with my 3 gal friends for a weekend trip to Steamboat. The check in process was so easy, great complex in a quiet, peaceful part of town. Close to all things you could be doing in Steamboat. Very clean and well maintained. One friend accidentally left some clothes and Retreatia is being kind enough to work through shipping the items back to her. Would highly recommend this stay and Retreatia, would love to stay again.

Great place, super clean and cozy. Felt it was a great deal for the price. My only complaint is with the separate Retreatia system that I had to log in to get the code for the door. Between Retreatia and Airbnb, I received 14 automated emails about my booking before I even checked in.

Fantastic ski condo/great location

This condo has everything you need for your ski vacation, and it's in the perfect location - close to the hot tubs, shuttle stop, and parking lot. Our family of 4 was very comfortable during our 4-night stay, and I would stay here again when coming to Steamboat.

Great location and clean property

Myself and my wife stayed with our 9 and 11 year old. The location to the mountain and town and the shuttle service was handy as well. This particular unit was perfect for our family especially because of its proximity to the pool/hot tub. Being that is was chilly it was nice to have a short walk when wet and be able to grab things as needed from the condo. It was also very close to the shuttle which was a plus.

Perfection!

The unit was super clean and well cared for! Beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed. The shuttle service to the gondola was amazing! Highly recommend and would stay again!

This unit was quite nice. Obviously built in the 70s or so but it was clean, well kept, the kitchen was stocked, and our overall stay was really great! The shuttle to/from Timber Run to the Ski lift was also a super convenient way to get straight to the lifts! We would definitely stay here again!
