This is one of the most updated units in the complex. This 3 bedroom plus loft is located on the top floor with two levels and is just three blocks from Gondola Square. With mountain views and an abundance of natural light, this spacious unit is ideal for large groups, extended families, and friends – a place to share and still have privacy (private bedrooms/ baths upstairs and down). The first floor has an open kitchen with granite countertops and updated, high-end appliances, featuring a brand-new stove and refrigerator. An open dining and living area with dramatic vaulted ceilings adds to the spacious feel. The living area has a gas fireplace and cozy, high-end furnishings. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private patio off the living room. The unit is well located near the heated pool, but far enough away to not hear the noise on crowded pool days! The condo has 3 flat-screen TVs, 2 DVD players, and free Wi-Fi for your enjoyment. It is stocked with books, games, and coloring books for rainy days. You will especially enjoy the private “spa” off the master bedroom equipped with an extra-large Jacuzzi tub – perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes!

The lower level has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - the master with a king bed and private bathroom and the second bedroom with a queen bed with a bathroom across the hall. Upstairs features 2 more rooms - another master with a king bed, vaulted ceilings, and en suite bathroom. The loft room has a set of bunk beds - twin over full. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

Guests at Timber Run enjoy some of the best amenities in Steamboat, such as an outdoor heated pool (including heated concrete around the pool!), 3 outdoor hot tubs, a BBQ area, tennis courts, laundry facilities, and the free city bus route to downtown.

Fit the need

Good location, worked well for 2 families of 4. Mattresses could use to be upgraded.All else was great.

Sounds like it hit the mark for space and location—huge win for two families traveling together! But yeah, nothing puts a damper on a good trip like a lumpy mattress. Hopefully they swap those out soon. Would you consider staying there again if they upgraded the beds, or is it a one-and-done kind of place for you?

Really liked the place - good location and nice stay for the money. Including a map of the complex would have been helpful since we couldn’t see the building signs due to them being snow covered unless we walked around. The 10am checkout was a little early. Overall minus those two items it was a great place to stay.

We had a great at Timber Run! Check-in was seamless as Retreatia has a front desk where we were able to pick up our welcome packet and keycards. They also offer an after-hours check-in with a drop box. Retreatia offers continuous shuttles to the Steamboat resort from 8-5pm, which our group used to get to and from the ski resort. We were also able to take advantage of the shared facilities, especially the jacuzzi! Overall a really great stay - would recommend it to any group looking for a trip out to Steamboat!

Perfect location

We truly enjoyed our stay! The apartment is small but perfect for a ski vacation. The rooms are good. The kitchen was well equipped. The kids loved the hot tub , pool and the board games. Location is perfect you need a shuttle to go to the mountain but it is a 2 min ride.

Steamboat 2/7-214

Property was clean and ready for us. Tried to have the bench at the dining table fixed but there was confusion as to whether it was the responsibility of the on site office or another group. It needs to be glued together before the left leg breaks off. Toilet float in the master bathroom hangs up so it doesn't fill with water every time and the sink in the common downstairs bathroom doesn't drain. Everything else was great, would be interested in staying again, Thanks.
