The condo was by a main road and walking path so it was noisy at times when the relatives were in the main bedroom. Weather was warmer than usual for the area so no ac, Retretia was very accommodating and gave us an extra fan. Great service from them.

Everything about this stay was perfect. Beautiful, spacious home. Clean, close proximity to mountain and east to get downtown. shuttle anywhere you needed to go. would definitely stay again. One note - we booked on VRBO which was a massive regret. After changing out booking to take a night off our stay, VRBO was impossible to speak to about decreasing the fees that were based on the initial price without the night off. I still haven’t gotten refunded and keep getting transferred or hung up on after an hour on the phone. incredibly frustrating. At this point i’m considering it lost. but i would implore anyone looking at this to book directly with Retreatia, if possible.

Great property, super convenient location, and the shuttle service was unbelievable. All of the shuttle drivers were so nice and hospitable as well!

The property was perfect for our needs. We were there for a soccer tournament. The bunk room was great for the kids. The other rooms were spacious and we really liked the common areas. The kitchen was a good size to have multiple adults cooking and cleaning dishes. The huge dining room table was perfect for meals and playing games. We liked the two separate living rooms for the kids to hang out.
The Hot water was not working upon arrival. Maintenance was quick to come out and fix the unit, getting it up and running again. One bedroom had a window that was not able to open, so it did get hot in that room. We brought this to management's attention at the end of the stay.
The property could use more fans for helping cool down the space. Fortunately, I brought one from home for our room. It did get hot in the afternoons/evenings and more fans would have been useful.
Overall, we had a great stay and have memories to last a life time with the other families.

Everything we needed was available. Everything was clean! The only thing I would recommend is to clarify that there are only 2 public hot tubs but no actual community pool like it said.

Great location, shuttle picks you up right in front of the house every 10min. The place is very spacious and a great choice for large groups.

We had a larger group and it was perfect for us. Plenty of space, the shuttle service was great, couldn’t beat the location. The fireplace got the place warm quickly! The garage was great for storing snowboards and skis and fit two large SUVs. Laundry, 3.5 baths, comfy furniture, huge dining room table. It was well equipped for our group of 10.
The things that could be improved: a key was needed for the hot tub and we never found it, nor was the Retretia staff able to help. The kitchen didn’t have a ton of dishes for the number of people it sleeps (we used paper plates, problem solved). But not at all a deterrent from us staying again.

Nice amenities, good location, very good customer support for answering questions and help, we felt rooms were bit bigger than in pic (which is always good), we loved the place and good value for money. Will surely recommend.

Incredible space in Steamboat! Great location, plenty of room to spread out and everything you need for a great vacation with all the touches of home. Very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.
