Reassigned units but otherwise a great experience
Was reassigned to another unit about two weeks before our stay, which was a bummer. But the property management company did the best they could accommodating us in making sure we had a somewhat comparable place to stay. There were a couple of things that needed attention in the unit and the property management company was quick to respond. The shuttle bus proved invaluable in getting to and from the ski slope.

We’ve stayed in Retreatia properties several times over the years without issue, and this time was the same. This unit had contactless entry which was great because we drove straight through after work and got in very late. Unit has a nice patio that views a stand of aspens and looks out over the ski hill. The unit was quiet and well outfitted. No A/C, which is typical. We could have walked about five blocks down to a couple of restaurants/pubs and a small (pricey) grocer if we’d been so motivated. One of the better units we’ve stayed in. Will put on the list of return trip properties.

Beautiful Condo in a beautiful location. The view was awesome.
The hosts were very responsive and helpful with all our needs. The shuttle service was a great help getting to and from the mountain and downtown.
