This beautifully updated mountain condo is ideally located on the ground floor of Trappeur's Crossing, one of Steamboat's most popular condominium complexes. From the moment you walk in the door, the soft natural light and warm hardwood floors beckon you to kick off your shoes and relax. The plush sofa plus three armchairs provide seating for all. After a day outdoors, you can sit back and gaze at the glow of the gas fireplace while watching the snow fall through the windows or turn on the new flat-screen smart TV and enjoy a good movie. In summer, head out on the private deck for an evening cocktail or early morning coffee and take in the fresh mountain air.
New granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a tile backsplash give the kitchen a clean, modern look. You'll also have every appliance and utensil you need to whip up a family meal, make a nice cup of coffee in the Keurig coffee maker, or set out a great plate of appetizers. There is bar seating for two, plus a dining table that seats 4 and you can pull up some additional chairs for bigger families.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and attached full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a full, attached bathroom. The third bedroom has one twin bed and a full private bathroom with a shower cabin. All of the mattresses are new, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of activities.
Trappeur's Crossing is one of Steamboat's most popular destinations for the amenities and proximity to the Ski Area, restaurants, and shops. Relax in the hot tubs, enjoy one of the 4 pools, the tennis courts, or the athletic facility. The Ski Area is about a 15-minute walk away, but if you prefer to ride, there is a winter shuttle until 5 pm and an on-call shuttle from 5 pm -10 pm to downtown, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. There is a dedicated ski locker for this condo, right in the building lobby and there are free washers and dryers in the basement. And on top of all of that, there is also heated underground parking** with an elevator to the first floor so you don’t have to clear your car from snow and ice after each snowstorm.

Great condo! The location was fabulous and the 4th of July BBQ an added bonus. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Steamboat Springs.

Great place with plenty of room for out family of 4. Nice amenities - pools (x4) hotubs, tennis, workout facilities etc. The unit is nicely updated and very clean. Easy access to slope side activities (5-10 min walk) and free bus. A quick ride down the hill to the Yampa. Great bike trails are near by. Would have no hesitation booking this unit again!

Late arrival was a little unclear that the lockbox with key was not on the property but at the management company. The condo itself was lovely. Great to have a pool and three hot tubs as well as free laundry facilities in the basement. Loved three bedrooms with three bathrooms and condo was convenient to all in Steamboat Springs.

Hello, this is a review from the new owners. We fell in love with Steamboat over Christmas and decided to purchase this beautiful apartment last May. We came over and gave it a test run in the first week of June to make sure it was ready to rent. We made quite some upgrades: We replaced the TV with a brand new smart TV, we replaced the high top with a new round dining set and also added a new bed to the master (sorry, it’s a bit high with the box spring). We bought new comforters and updated the decorations. Overall we’re very pleased with how it turned out. We really enjoyed visiting Steamboat in the summer. We hiked up Hahn’s Peak, I mountainbiked up Emerald Hill and we enjoyed the Strawberry Hot Springs. And of course lots of great food in all the places in town. We loved Besamé, Creek Side Cafe and Carl’s Tavern in particular. It was also nice to chill in the pool and the hot tubs at Trappeur’s after a long day. We hope that y’all love our place as much as we do. Please leave us a message if you have suggestions to improve.
