Overall this was a great spot to stay in Steamboat. Very easy to check in and check out. I would recommend that the bedroom upstairs with the bunk beds, there was no closet space because I’m sure the owner of the condo has their things there which isn’t helpful because we had to keep all of our luggage out. Also maybe not having so much stuff in all the other closets and having one closet in particular for all the extra linen and blankets. Also being a family getaway I’d suggest to have a couple of baby gates since the stairs were very very dangerous for my one year old. No place is perfect but this condo was a nice place to stay at overall.

Thank you for accommodations, quick responses & the warm welcome. Even though the hot tub was not up at the other location, they upgraded my stay to this place with a working private hot tub & it was great. We enjoyed our stay!!

This was a perfect place to call home for 4 ladies visiting Steamboat for the weekend! Very spacious and well equipped for anything we needed. Gorgeous outdoor pool to relax by, indoor jacuzzi to soak the feet and nestled into a nice quiet spot on the mountain. Just a few short blocks to catch the bus which made it super easy to get around! I highly recommend staying here on your next visit to Steamboat!

The Waterford 1 condo offers the best location for any season. I can bicycle right from the condo to get to downtown, or take a leisurely ride out into the country back roads. The free bus is about a five-minute walk. During snow season, the shuttle takes you right to the mountain village that is only 15-minute walk if you decide to walk. I love the open floor plan. The condo has a huge kitchen, dining and living room area, great for big families and friends. I love the balcony too. There is a guest bathroom on the family room floor, and every bedroom has a nice private bath. The baths have shampoo, body wash and a hair dryer. The private hot tub is wonderful. I come back to Waterford 1 every time I visit Steamboat Springs, CO

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Waterford 1. I came in town with a couple of friends for a girls trip. There was plenty of room for all of us (3 bedrooms, 4 baths) and the kitchen and living room were big enough for all of us to move around in at the same time. I loved the wrap-around balcony with plenty of seating so we could have a glass of wine out there in the early evening. The pool is right outside the back door and the association keeps the pool and the area around it really clean. The condo has a hot tub in the lower level and that came in handy after our long hikes around Steamboat. And we all raved about how well we slept - the beds were comfortable, we could open the screened windows at night to let the cool air in, and the neighborhood was very quiet so we were able to sleep in when we wanted to. Location-wise, I really liked how close we were to the Village - it was an easy 10 minute walk and the drive to go to downtown Steamboat was pretty convenient as well. There is also a bus stop nearby you can hop on to go downtown - I highly recommend because it's easy and it's free!
