This Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished condo boasts 1000 sq feet, beautifully decorated it is situated just a private gondola ride away from the Steamboat base area. The open floor plan makes this condo feel spacious, yet comfy. All are located on one level. The Master bedroom has a King bed and a flat-screen TV with a private bathroom. The second bedroom will have a set of twin beds this is the perfect place for children to relax.

The living room has a new sleeper sofa as of Jan '23 and new rugs around the entire unit to keep it fresh and new like the unit and complex are.

There is a well-equipped kitchen to cook a few meals and storage as well. Perfect for a family, this unit has all the comforts of home. large flat-screen TV and great city views.

The unit is fantastic, but the amenities across the street shine. There is a state-of-the-art fitness center, game room an amazing Saline Pool, a community grilling area with 2 large gas grills, and a fire pit.
