And please know that this policy can be changing as often as weekly. For more information, and to be aware of the most recent updates to COVID Colorado Public Health Orders, Rules and Regulations, please consistently review the Routt County Public Health Order up to your reservation date.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel your reservation MORE than 30 days prior to your expected arrival date, the reservation is refundable minus a $100 cancellation fee. The total amount of your payment will be retained if you cancel WITHIN 30 days of your arrival. If you booked on VRBO, please note cancellation policies is if you cancel your reservation MORE than 60 days prior to arrival, you receive a full refund. If you cancel WITHIN 60 days of your arrival, no refund. If you booked on Airbnb, please refer to your Airbnb confirmation emails regarding cancellation policies. No refunds for no shows, late arrivals, or early departures, regardless of road and/or weather conditions, or for acts that are beyond our control.
