This Herbage 2000-square-foot townhome checks every box for a memorable vacation. Whether you're traveling in winter or summer, this newly remodeled two-bedroom plus loft, separate basement sitting room/den, and three-bathroom home has all of the amenities you need plus room for everyone.

The setting, decor, and finishes in this newly remodeled home exemplify the Rocky Mountains. Hardwood floors flow from the front door through the kitchen, and new carpet, paint, and tile can be found throughout. The renovated kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and natural wood cabinets that are stocked with everything you need to serve up a great snack platter or gourmet meal. The dining table seats 8 and there is bar seating for another 2. With the split-level layout, this area is open to both the loft above and the living space below.

In the living area, a huge sectional sofa has room for everyone to sit back and enjoy a game or a movie on the 75" flat-screen HD TV. Games, books, and a Blue Ray player are provided for even more entertainment. Natural light floods the room through the sliding glass door that leads to a private deck with a hot tub, and a small table and chairs. A seasonal creek and tall pines will leave you feeling as if you're in the middle of the woods.

The main bedroom is located on the top floor. With a king-sized bed, 75" flat screen TV, private bathroom with tub/shower, a reading nook, and desk, you will find plenty of space to unwind. The second bedroom has a king bed, 55" flat screen TV, and attached bathroom with tub/shower. If you've got a large family or several kids with you, they will love the loft, which comes complete with a twin bunk bed, a twin daybed, and an oversized chair that has a hideabed. The basement contains a second family room with a 55" flat screen TV, a private bathroom with shower, and a closet that contains a full-size washer and dryer.

The Herbage Townhome complex features a seasonal pool and is located on the free city bus route for easy access to the ski area and town. It is also just a short walk to Wild Plum Market, restaurants, Christie's Sports, and the base area of the mountain.
