Located atop River Queen Lane, this complex has some of the most spectacular views in the valley, and this condo does not disappoint. As soon as you walk through the front door, your eyes are immediately drawn to the Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, Sleeping Giant, and the West Valley, which are all spread out below. As you step onto the private balcony, you'll understand what "The Curse of The Yampa Valley" is all about - you will never want to leave.

Of course, the spacious, open floor plan with brand-new furniture and fixtures will also make you rethink the need to leave. Entering the front door, you'll notice the tile floor, 2 plush sofas, and cozy accent chairs. Kick back and relax while watching the fire or catch the game on the flat-screen TV.
