When you enter this home, the open kitchen, living, and dining area is right in front of you boasting dramatic, high vaulted ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the bells and whistles for your perfect family meal. There is a large deck right outside of the dining area with a private BBQ grill. The warm and cozy fireplace inside adds to the great mountain feel.

There are 2 large bedrooms just off the entry. One with a queen bed, and one with 2 twin beds. A full sized bathroom is just across the hall from both. On the lower level are 2 more large guest bedrooms. One with a queen bed and the second with two twin beds. These bedrooms share a full sized bathroom, which also has a full sized washer and dryer. There is also a spacious Master suite on this floor complete with sitting area and en suite bathroom and flat screen TV. The lower level of the large deck and the hot tub access is through the sliding glass doors in the sitting room.

A wonderful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo, located right by the slopes. A ski in/out complex via a 100-yard access trail that also has hot tubs available for your use. The condo has a great layout for the ultimate privacy of its guests. On the left-hand side, we have the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a TV. On the right is the second bedroom with two full beds and its bathroom.

The living room, and dining room are very open and nicely upgraded with the new sofa. There is a private balcony overlooking the mountain and ample seating is provided for the whole gang. There is a fully equipped kitchen for those of you who enjoy a home-cooked breakfast to give you just the right start for a long day on the slopes. There is free parking provided right outside the building. You also have your ski locker, conveniently located inside the building. The free city bus is located within a 3-minute walk if you would like to explore the shops and restaurants in the downtown area and do not want to drive.

Fantastic One-Bedroom Condo at The Rockies- This condo has a wide-open floor plan complete with a full kitchen and granite countertops. The owners have gone to great lengths to mitigate any noise in and around the unit. During the warmer months, cool down with newly installed ceiling fans. Go, cozy up to a warm fire, and relax while watching the large flat-screen tv hung right above the fireplace. Walk out on the balcony and enjoy the stunning views of the mountains that surround the area. The master bedroom is complete with a king bed while the living area is outfitted with a sleeper sofa. The complex has a heated seasonal pool ( summer and winter ) and 2 hot tubs. During the summer there are grills outside as well as a sand volleyball court. This property is located a short 500 yd walk to the slopes is full of your basic necessities for any guest. The master bedroom is very spacious with a king bed and the upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, plus a small loft with a twin daybed with trundle, and a full sleeper sofa in the living room. There are two outside hot tubs, a heated pool plus a community BBQ area. It is on the free bus stop and there is parking for everyone.

Split between 2 levels, this unit has amazing views of the south valley and Emerald Mountain from the large private balcony.
