Description

This is one of the nicest units in the complex. Completely redone and remodeled this fantastic condo will ensure a comfortable and worry-free vacation. This is a large 2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms unit on the second floor.

The kitchen features new granite counter tops, hickory cabinets and it opens to the large dining table and living area. Stocked with all needed for that perfect family meal, it will not disappoint. The living area, features leather furniture, including a sleeper sofa and love seats.

The focal point is the gas fireplace, mellow and cozy for the whole family to gather around. There is a large balcony off the living area with views of the beautiful Yampa Valley, which host the Steamboat Ski Area. The first bedroom has a queen bed, large closet, large windows and flat-screen TV.

The first full bathroom is right across the hallway from this bedroom. The large master bedroom is at the end of the hallway and has a double closet, Queen bed, large windows, flat screen TV and gorgeous in suite full bathroom, with granite counter tops. Without a doubt, this ski condo will fit your family perfectly. The complex is just 400 yards to the Ski Base Area / Gondola Square (5-minute walk) and features large heated pool, 2 hot tubs, gas BBQ grilling area, very large parking lot and yard. During the summer, there is a sand volleyball court on the back.

Lovely place in a beautiful setting. Close to all the good things. It was a little warm in steamboat during our stay and there is no AC in many of the homes here, but with fans and proper window usage we did pretty well. Very comfy place, nicely equipped, the pool was a nice plus. And the view from the patio was wonderful. Especially fun watching the hot air balloon every morning. Put people off

The condo was bigger than expected with roomy bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything was sparkling clean and the location was central to everything (free shuttle steps from the door was awesome as well). Would highly recommend for couples, friends or family groups. Thanks for the communication throughout our stay!

Cozy, comfortable spot close to mountain and convenient to everything. Fit family of 4 so long as kids fit in twin beds. No complaints.

A lovely condo, conveniently located. Fully stocked A wonderful and very convenient condo. While a bit of a walk to the slopes, definitely doable, especially if you valet your skis at the slopes. The bus is super easy and next to the parking lot. Hugely helpful. Never needed my car. The kitchen and remainder of the condo is very well stocked for all your needs. Great bathrooms and comfy beds. Helpful ski locker outside front door. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful weekend getaway! We had a wonderful weekend stay in Unit 2227. It was a beautifully renovated and well equipped unit for our family of four. We enjoyed skiing during the day, with a quick shuttle from the front of the complex, and cozy hot tub to ease our pain every evening! Our boys (12 and 10) enjoyed the heated outdoor pool as well. It felt like a home away from home!

This unit is in a great location. The views from the balcony are so pretty. The unit is very tastefully appointed and decorated. Super clean and tidy. Beds are comfy. I would rent this unit again in a heartbeat.

Stunning and cozy! The condo we stayed in was very clean and well taken care of. It had all the amenities that we needed to provide us with an enjoyable stay.
