The location of this house couldn’t be better, it’s so close to downtown so we were able to walk to the coffee shops and bus stops and it was a quick drive to the hot springs and ski resort. The house itself is comfortable and spacious with plenty of seating for a large group. Would definitely stay here again

Our rental home was fantastic. Plenty of room for everyone. Close to downtown. Short bus ride to the slopes. Can't wait to stay here again.

We were in town for a family wedding and the accommodations were just right for our families. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen and outside deck for socializing. We enjoyed the charm of the craftsman style home.

This is our 5th stay in the 7th Heaven Chalet. It works out great for my group of girlfriends and the Tour de Steamboat ride we have participated in for 6 years. The house is in a great location in town, has a great layout with spread out bedrooms and bathrooms for a group, very functional kitchen and tons of living space inside and out. It is unfortunate that the price for next year has almost doubled and we will have to look elsewhere for our future stays in Steamboat.

We enjoyed our stay at this excellently updated and well equipped early 20th century home. Downtown location was perfect for us. We were in Steamboat for our grandson's bar mitzva and we were able to walk to all scheduled events.. Appreciated Retreatia prompt response to several very minor maintenance issues. Repair person showed up within 20 minutes of our call and resolved all issues promptly.

This house is wonderful for large groups due to it's 5 bedrooms and spacious baths for all to get ready for a ski vacation and have privacy. The house is well appointed and I especially liked the round dining room table, updated spacious kitchen. Great having a hotub right out the back door also. Being in walking distance to downtown gives lots of options for dining and having the Retreatia mountain shuttle picking up and returning to the house made our stay so easy and convenient.

Great house for medium to large group definitely recommended.

The size of the home was perfect for our group and great location. Check in/out is off site but very easy. Other than dog hair throughout the home every thing else was clean and well cared for. The beds were not the most comfortable but there was past reviews about those so we knew it going in.

The location was perfect and the house was large enough for our large group. Everyone has enough space to have time away and also the living spaces and kitchen were large enough that the whole group was not on top of each other all the time. We enjoyed the private jacuzzi and was thankful for the quick response to no propane for the grill. We enjoyed a nice bbq on the nicely shaded patio. The curb appeal was very nice and the yard was beautifully kept and we enjoyed spending time outside too. Although the house is very old, the updates and renovations were nice. I believe the owners should look into replacing the mattresses bc they were very hard and you could feel the springs. All the adults woke up each morning, physically, feeling worse than the day before. That was extremely unpleasant. Also, the shower piping was not the best, difficult to adjust temps and all. Other than those 2 complaints, everything else was quite pleasant.

Wonderful Spring skiing getaway The house was clean, very spacious, and a short walk into town. The fully stocked kitchen allowed us to cook in some nights, and the hot tub was clean and really hot - perfect after a day on the slopes. This was the perfect getaway for our group to do some Steamboat Spring skiing. Thank you!

A place to reconnect Great location a few blocks from downtown Steamboat as well as walking distance to connections to the Spring Creek trail. Our family of grandparents, adult children and small grandchildren were well-accommodated both indoors and out. The house and yard are well-kept and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking our meals. We would definitely recommend this home to other extended families. Date of arrival June 25, 2017
