This beautifully remodeled condo in Timber Run is a delightful home away from home during your time in Steamboat! Relax in the cozy living area with leather the comfy leather couches and gas fireplace. Rest well at night on the luxury linens we provide in each bedroom and sleeper sofa if needed. This unit has a very well-equipped kitchen that accommodates any cook!

Timber Run has some of the best amenities in town, with multiple hot tubs, an outdoor heated pool, tennis courts, and a community grilling area. You are 3 blocks away from the slopes and just a few miles to downtown.

Great place to stay and great access to the base (free shuttle!). Rooms were clean and the kitchen was adequate for cooking breakfast. The shuttle was very convenient (The wrist bands need to be replaced with a different system. Who wants to wear the same wristband for a week?) Overall very satisfied.

Timber Run is a great value!

We really enjoyed Timber Run 204! Great kitchen and dining area with plenty of space for board games and cooking after a long ski day. Comfortable beds. Large living room for Nintendo Switch in the evening or enjoying coffee in the morning. The hot tubs and heated pool are just steps away from the front door. We made plenty of snow angels!

We stay at TimberRun for their wonderful pool and three hot tubs!
The unit itself is nice and quiet but needs some updating.
No A/C in the unit but we opened the bedroom window at night and it was plenty cool.
Check in process is nearby and smooth.

We enjoyed our stay at Timber Run 204 with our family of 5! The bunk beds in the second bedroom worked well for our two boys and one girl and two bathrooms was really nice. It was 90s during the day so no AC made the condo hot but we used the provided fans at night to blow the cool mountain air into the condo then shut everything up and pulled the blinds during the day.

The view from the deck was just a peek at the mountain, not as much as I hoped. It’s also about a 3/4 mile walk on the trail to the base of the mountain and gondola area.

It was very quiet, even though there were other guests there, we didn’t hear anyone!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! It was clean, stocked with dishes and supplies to suit our needs and clean. I look forward to another family (or maybe just hubby and I) stay in Steamboat Springs!

Great condo. Had everything we needed and was close and convenient. One criticism- the fold out couch bed mattress was unsleepable unless you want to feel springs in your back all night. Desperately needs replaced. Other than that was very happy with this lodging

Check in was easy and close to the condo.
Condo was clean and well maintained, kitchen well stocked, appliances new.
Bathrooms conveniently set up so multiple people could get ready at the same time.
Condo was cozy and comfortable, super close to the mountain, convenient to downtown.
Would certainly stay again!

This is a nicely appointed, cozy condo less than a ten-minute walk to ski town square and a few miles to downtown. Even though it is considered a second-floor unit, you do not have to walk any stairs. It is at ground level. The condo was clean and had all the amenities needed; cooking utensils, plenty of towels, etc. The king bed in the master was extremely comfortable and there is a single over double bunk in the second bedroom. Overall, the linens and pillows provided were excellent. The two bathrooms are on the small side so that is something to consider if you like a lot of space, and while body wash and shampoo/conditioner mix are provided, I'd recommend bringing your own. Walgreens is right next to the Retreatia office where you pick up your keys and near both Safeway and City Market so you grab anything you need before heading to the unit. I'd say the only downside is that there is no dedicated bike storage, but there is a ski locker if you visit in winter. Viktorija at Retreatia was a pleasure to work with in booking this unit and I would use this service again.

The unit was just as pictured, maybe even a bit better. The fireplace on a thermostat was amazing! It was easy to cook meals here as they had enough of everything and better quality than most I have stayed in. The shuttle was easy and it is nice and close to the mountain for skiing. The hot tub and sauna was really close to the unit so even thought it was cold it wasn't too far to walk.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Shuttle service was prompt and drivers were very friendly. Front desk staff at Timber Run was also helpful. Condo itself was clean and had everything we could have needed in the kitchen. Fireplace and ski locker were nice added additions to the unit. There was a large group that showed up for accommodations at Timber Run, so we were unable to use the hot tubs/pool the second and third nights due to overcrowding. Of course, this is not the renters fault. Otherwise, everything went smooth and we really enjoyed our stay. We've stayed at other condos in the area and this one has them beat; would definitely stay again.
