All of our requests for items we needed were met with grace and charm. The staff of Retretia was very helpful. Produced a fan and more towels within the hour. Great customer service!

Great house. Everything was clean. We were very happy with the speakers throughout the house. That was a nice touch. Bus picked us up at the front of the driveway every 10 minutes in the morning and very short wait in the afternoon also. We walked to the mountain one day and it was a very nice 8-10 minute walk. Check in was easy and house was very comfortable for our group. Also has an additional downstairs living room where the group could split up.

This house was great! It fit a large group of people very comfortably and the kitchen was perfect for cooking a big meal. Absolutely would stay here again, especially in the winter as it's more conveniently located for the mountain versus the downtown area.
