This beautifully remodeled, top floor, two bedroom, two bathroom Rockies condo has gorgeous views of the Yampa Valley and Emerald Mountain.

The large living room features warm wood floors, vaulted ceiling, and a stacked stone fireplace. The comfy pull out sofa and arm chair provide a great spot to relax while you watch a movie or the game on the large, 55" flat screen TV or gaze out the the sliding glass doors. In spring, fall, and summer the private deck is the perfect place to unwind after a long day outdoors as you watch the sunset over Emerald Mountain. The remodeled kitchen has slab granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and opens to the dining and living areas. The sleek dining table seats 4, and the bar seats 2.

Just through the kitchen, on the main floor of the condo, is the master bedroom with queen bed and flat screen TV. The bathroom is just outside in the hall. A second, large, private bedroom with queen bed, TV and bathroom are just upstairs. With a door that locks off the stairs and bedroom, you can enjoy a private retreat even when family is running around below.

The Rockies has great amenities for all to enjoy including an outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a clubhouse, BBQ grill area, a community laundry area, and the complex is on the free public bus route, and is also an easy walk to the mountain base.

**Owners of this unit have a cat that always travels with them to visit the condo. Although thoroughly cleaned after each visit, stubborn pet dander may still be present and trigger allergies for those who have them.
