Description

You will love this two bedroom, two bath unit in Timber Run, one of Steamboat’s most popular condo complexes. This condo sleeps six, has a private patio and is close to the tennis court, swimming pool, and outdoor hot tubs. It is also just a few blocks form the ski area.

The perfect place to stay with kids, this condo has an open floor plan with hard wood floors throughout. The comfortable sofa, love seat, and recliner provide all the room needed to relax after a day outdoors as you watch the game on the 45" flat screen TV or turn on the gas fireplace and watch the snow fall through the large sliding glass doors. The kitchen is clean and well-equipped with all of the cooking utensils you need. The dining table has seating for 6 with three additional seats at the bar. Through the sliding glass door is a small private patio/outdoor area with access to a walking trail.

The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with one sink and tub/shower. The second bedroom has two twin beds with a bathroom directly across the hall. The sleeper sofa provides additional space when needed.

Other amenities include: VHS/DVD player, private ski locker, sauna, changing rooms, shopping, dining and entertainment.

Great stay at Timber Run 109!

It is a great 2 bed 2 bath with nice space to hang out at the dining table, kitchen bar stools, and den area couches. Fireplace that hits the living room is such a nice touch! Check In and Check Out are super easy w the Retreatia TImber Run main office. Super convenient location near the mountain too.

Cost efficient way to stay close to the mountain. Good hot tub, friendly staff at the front counter. The condo was a little dated, but would recommend staying here again.

Great. Clean, cosy and compact and with absolutely everything you need. Nice location on the ground floor with the door leading out so the children could mess around in the snow outside. Everything worked really well. Helpful people on reception and v. efficient shuttle to the ski lifts.

Unit is nice but a bit small for 4 adults. Was surprised that the laundry was not inside the unit. Front left burner on stove did not work. Had issues with some of the lights not working. Had to have cable serviced during the stay due to it not working.

The staff was very friendly especially the drivers! Will be coming back next time we’re in steamboat!
