Description

This two bedroom, 2 bath condo at Northstar is perfect for families and friends. It offers guests a convenient location near the slopes, market, and restaurants, plus several on property amenities (hot tub, sauna, steam room) at a great price.

As soon as you enter the unit you are welcomed by warm hardwood floors, a clean mountain modern design, and open living space. Relax on the cozy sofa or matching arm chair next to the gas fireplace and watch your favorite streaming services on the 55" flat screen TV. This condo has upgraded Wi-Fi, so you can easily get some work done or access your favorite shows.

The main living space has several windows and a large sliding glass door that floods the room with natural light. The galley kitchen is loaded with accessories and every cooking utensil you need to create a simple snack or gourmet meal. The large bar provides ample space for everyone to spread out. In summer, or if the winter weather is nice, head out to your private balcony and take in the crisp mountain air and south valley view.

The entry hall has a coat rack with enough pegs to hang all your gear. Skis and boots can be stored in your private ski locker on the first floor of the property.

The master bedroom suite is just down the hall and can be shut off from the rest of condo for a little extra space to get away. The new bathroom, with walk in shower, is on the left as you enter the room. Steps away, the new king bed with luxurious bedding and flat screen TV await. From the bedroom window you've got a partial mountain view and can see the slopes leading up to Thunderhead. The second bedroom is on the opposite end of the hallway. A comfy king bed and flat screen TV provide a nice escape. The second bathroom with tub/shower is just outside in the hall. If you need more room, the queen sleeper sofa will not disappoint.

The unit comes with the following amenities: Private Entrance, high speed internet and Wi-Fi, private ski locker, community hot tub, sauna, and steam room, and shared laundry. No cable TV, just your subscribed cable services.

Rental unit was as described. Small in size but adequate for 2 couples. Unit was clean. Walls are thin and can hear neighbors next door and above. Path to bus stop involves walking on edge of snow banked street with heavy traffic. Retreatia On-Demand shuttle is available for this unit and will pick up in parking lot.

Great little condo. Very clean. We could tell that there had been a dog in there (likely the owners) so be cautious if you have allergies. We bought additional hangers and towels as there were only a few in the condo and didn’t want to use them for the trip to the Springs. Would stay here again.

Very quaint newly remodeled condo just 5 minutes from Downtown Steamboat. I loved the 2 bathrooms, it made for an easy wake up and get ready for our little family each morning. My husband ended up on the couch, the bed wasn’t very comfortable but my son & I slept just fine. No A/C but it cools off nicely at night in the mountains, crack the windows and had the fans going and it was chilly enough for us! We had everything we needed. It was a quiet complex which was nice! There is a hot tub but we didn’t try that. We would recommend this adorable condo!

Lovely condo in Steamboat. Only about 5 minutes from downtown and close to a bus stop. Quiet neighbors and neighborhood. Beds were extremely comfortable and it was a nice addition to have multiple fans. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice place. However, we didn't realize that there wasn't air conditioning in the unit. It did get very warm and it was uncomfortable trying to get to sleep even with fans running.

It was an overall great place with everything you need to make it a few nights in a different place. Most kitchen essentials were available, there were humidifiers, a fireplace, and a nice big island/table to enjoy a break after skiing. Would book again or recommend to a friend. Minor issues included limited parking, noisy upstair neighbors, and some kitchen tools could use an upgrade.

You’re able to walk to the ski area and there are a lot of cute restaurants close by! Only downside was the kitchen equipment (full knives and outdated accessories), so cooking was a little tough. Elsewise, the place was picture perfect and a wonderful snowy retreat.

Great condo for our family. Two bedrooms and two baths is a must. Nicely updated. Ski bus is a short walk. Only drawback, we weren’t able to use hot tub. Would stay again!

Great place! Comfortable living room furniture, good view from the patio and short walk to gondola. Used the hot tub and steam room every night. Our friends stayed in another Northstar unit it was nice too

The location was absolutely perfect, very close to restaurants, skiing etc. and the shuttle service was very convenient and reliable, especially since it prevented us from having to rent a car. We particularly enjoyed that even the hot tub was directly underneath us so we didn't have to walk through the snow when we got out. The place is decorated beautiful and tastefully. Very comfortable beds, tons of room for all of us to hang out and everything we needed to make dinners, clean up, extra blankets, towels, even games were already there. Amazing little gem, I would highly recommend staying there and am very much looking forward to staying there again soon!
